Staff was excellent. Process was extremely fast. After hours drop-off was simple and easy. I will coming back to this UHaul for any future rental needs.

Had to use the regular system. Guess what? Had to charge me again too! I paid more in prior authorizations than I did for the uhaul. Terrible system. Terrible experience. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Ken GThe truck is very old and the front end needs a major alignment plus what ever else it needs to make it steer better. The personal at the locations are very good and do everything possible to help you but they are not mechanics.

Ken LI visited the drop-off location prior to my trip and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I dropped the truck off on a late Sunday afternoon when the office was closed and having the ability to return the key in the drop box was very convenient. Staff had previously given me instructions as to where to park the truck giving me the ability to quickly return the truck at my convenience. After driving cross-country over a period of 4 days this kind of convenience was greatly needed. THANK YOU!

Anxhela PI used my phone to rent the truck and was not told that I could not return the truck near my destination and found that out on the phone later on and told I would be charged an extra $100 for returning it near my destination. I was unable to find someone to give me a ride home from 40 miles away where I rented the truck for several days and only after 2 or 3 days was i informed that I was being charged another $20 a day when I had thought it was just mileage I was being charged.
