Jamie BSomehow make sure any prior damage is printed out for customer prior to leaving Uhaul location. All damage should be signed and updated by both representative and customer.
John HI had no problems at all with the guys at pickup spot. For online check out it's kinda difficult in an area that as a whole, has wifi challenges. The team there had to help out. They were great!

Timothy SWe were charged for the wrong miles and when we called to get it fixed we were told there was nothing anyone could do so we had to pay for it. They did not add on the extra miles we had to drive to pick up the uhaul after we changed it from Burnsville to clay because they didn't have what we needed at Burnsville. We were charged $14 for safe move when we paid for it already at the pickup location. We also were supposed to get a $50 credit because they didn't have what we needed and we weren't told about that until we paid everything and then were told we couldn't get it refunded. Overall we did not have a good experience, clay lumber and hardware did not do their job correctly which resulted in us having to pay even more. We've moved two other times through uhaul and it has never been as stressful as this move was.
