The location was fantastic, but U-Haul's app check in did not work at all. This was through no fault of the location, I went inside for assistance and they were super friendly and helpful

bryan bLocation is very difficult to maneuver due to the amount of equipment in such a small area. In the process of backing up my truck to hook up the trailer I failed to see a car carrier that was behind me. Though there were two attendants guiding me to hook up the 6x12 covered trailer that I was renting they failed to warn me of the impending collision. Furthermore the car carrier should have been moved to a different location to help prevent this from happening. I ended up running into the tongue of the Uhaul Car Carrier causing damage to my truck. I will never rent from this location again and will think twice about renting from Uhaul again.
Juan NLuis was especially helpful to me. I made a reservation for the wrong day. Instead of making me feel an idiot, he solved the problem and I was able to get on my way. But then, to my delight, he helped me hitch the trailer up…..delightful experience all around. This location is my go to from now on!

Joe RHaving used uhaul services for many years I first time had a very very bad experience. I was given a truck that water leaks terribly when exposed to rain. It was a fully rainy day but anticipated that the truck will cover my items but it infact made all my items wet especially all my moving boxes and the valuable items inside.
