this guy from this business called me yelling at me for over 3 min that he was harassed all day by his customers (waited til 3pm to call me)because of where the truck was parked(nothing stating where to park return equipment) and that I put the keys in the wrong drop box as there was a drop box right in front and I did not know it was for another business..he's yelling at me telling me I had to pay to have the truck towed he was VERY RUDE!! after hanging up he called me back like 3 min later to say he had the keys and the truck was moved and told me to have a nice day!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
ANGELA EI ordered moving blankets and there were none. How is someone supposed to move without blankets to protect the furniture? Major inconvenience added on top of the stress of moving.
COLBY GThe computer system seemed to be working very slowly. I showed up at 9:55 for my 10:00 reservation and had to wait for about 10 mins before the person came to the office to help me. He kept saying that the computer program was slow and not working right and I didn't get out of there until 10:25 despite having pre registered online ahead of time.

Michael WCustomer Service was great but unfortunately one of the tow straps was too short. It looked like it was cut. I would think that this should have been inspected prior to renting it out.
JARVIS KPick up was to be 9:30. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there on time. Operator arrived 9:45 and then had to process drop offs from night before. I got out of there at 10:21. You figure it out
GARY AI did not receive day before confirmation call from local rep as was indicated on all email and app communications after making online reservation This locale did not have truck ready for pickup at reserved time despite having done all the 'save time' steps in app and turned out I couldn't drop off at the locale I was able to select and make a reservation at online. At that point I was honestly wondering what was the point of the reservation then ?!?

BROCK VThe truck was dirty and unsafe. It should have never been rented out, I'm still sore from working so hard to try and keep it on the road. Serious safety concern and probably should be some legal issues as well.

JOHN PThis location has an issue with the building completely cutting out my ability to get internet! Took 45 minutes of struggling where I then drove on the other side of the road and was able to access data and internet again. This set me behind 45 min and caused a stressful morning!

WAYNE EI know UHaul has a lot of equipment, however the exterior of the trailer could be in a little better shape.
MICHAEL DIt was the worst experience ever. I went through three trailers to get to one that worked. I have asked numerous times to talk to a regional manager. Never happened. I was told I was going to get paid $250 to unload and load the trailer for the second time. Never happened. Worst experience ever. I would love to have a manager call me.

JOSEPH DThe GPS in the uhaul app is atrocious. I have rented from this location numerous times and everytime checking in is atrocious because the uhaul app doesn't pick up that you are there.
SALLY JThe equipment was clean, but the truck was really beat up. The passenger side door was broke, all the cup holder were missing. The rental venue was great and easy. The person at the location was great to rent from.

MATT GThe truck itself had a lot of pre-existing damage (marked by black 'X' marks) and the photos that were used for reference upon pickup were all of the same side. Where they park the trucks for pickup and drop off don't allow you to photograph the entire one side of the truck to cover yourself. It was also weird I couldn't extend the rental. I'd be really surprised if someone needed the truck at midnight. (My return time was 11pm on a Sunday.) I would have liked an extra hour as the lights in the box didn't work and took me a bit longer to unload due to fussing with flashlights.
