I was overwhelmed by how easy they made the whole experience. I did it on line and when I arrived the gentleman had me on my way within just a few minutes. My hats off to him. Great guy great job.

The guys at Cleves Tool Rental was great if i need anything I will go back to them
Garry SThe only problem I had was the pick up. We did the mobile pick up and the app never sent the box number or word code for the lock. Had to call customer service and spent another 20 minutes on the phone. After that the lock was rusty and could hardly turn the letters to get the word code in. Other than that everything else was great.
Robert Rhave some communication with the point of origin, I picked up the truck in Michigan , it only had 1/4 tank of gas. I dropped it off in Ohio with 1/4 tank of gas. Ohio location charged my credit card $77 to fill the tank.
Andrew DFix the mobile app. The app does not work doing mobile checkout. Cost me an hour and a late penalty. Had to call customer service in order to check out. Could not even use the app to return the truck.

Jeff SAccidentally left a couple things in the front floor of the vehicle and was told to just show up the truck would be unlocked to get the stuff I advised him I wouldn’t be there till the next day he said that would be fine I showed up in the truck was rented to a couple that went to South Dakota and was told oops I asked if that was policy to just leave the stuff in there and he said Yep would not recommend this location ever

James MI rated the truck as "clean" but there was a plastic bottle, a candy wrapper, a t-shirt, and socks in the cargo area. I don't blame the U Haul location because it could have been the previous renter during non work hours.

DANIEL MThey need to light the yard better at night. The lack of lighting makes it hard to find after hours, and a little difficult to drop equipment.
DANIEL MLady at the front desk was rude. I treated her with repsoect from the second we got on the phone to reserve the Uhaul and she was nothing but gross. Her attitude, the info she gave me. Told me I could only pick the van up at 11:45, no earlier no later. I couldn't drop the van off any earlier or later than 8am the next day but when I callled to double check the gentleman on the phone says no she's wrong. She's always rude. Then why keep an employee like that? If you don't like your job, leave.

JACKIE CWe were supposed to pick up truck in Oxford and had to drive 40 min each way adding expense and time to the rental. I reserved this truck weeks in advance. This was NOT a last minute rental. Even the nice lady running the pickup place said we got screwed. I will not be using uhaul again and am taking this to the BBB. They are intentionally fleecing customers .

susan hThe pick up and drop off experience when the store is closed was horrible. Which was on a Sunday. We were at the drop off location for over an hour trying to go through the process. We were on hold with UHaul 3 different times for 15/20 minutes each time.
