I actually passed another larger, more convenient U-Haul location on the way to dropping off my trailer. It was a weekend drop off, there were no staff onsite. The drop was simple and quick. I was favorably impressed with the quality & sturdiness of the trailer.

Very friendly gentleman, We could have talked for hours. No problem with the truck.

The gentleman was very personable . He had cleared off the snow and had it ready to go for us. It's obvious from the building that u-haul rental is a side hustle, but the location was convenient

The pickup location was great however, we are very disappointed w/U-Haul because we made a reservation at a different location which was convenient to our home. We were told 24 hours before that we would not be able to pick up the truck at the original reservation location . This change added an hour to our travel in either direction. On move day when you have to go pick up the U-Haul and travel eight or 10 hours you don't want two hours added onto your day. Unfortunately you don't have alternatives when you whole works it's great.

Staff was great, friendly, really enjoyed the experience. Honest, truthful and understood their job.

Took over an hour to get the paperwork done. U-Haul clerk did not know how to use their online site to get the contract done properly. Paperwork said there was more fuel in the vehicle than there was clerk refused to change it on the contract since it was already printed. Ended up paying $20 extra for gas to make up the difference.

Nothing, this is a small location but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The trailer was ready when I got there and the return was easy as well. The trailer was a 6 X 12,very clean and easy pull.

Need help with paper work on computer

Seat belt for driver's seat did not lock. It was nessecary to lock with the middle seat lock. Alarm and red warning signal continually when off. Gas mileage was poor . Truck burned gas badly with gas smell behind truck. This required maitance . I feel I was given this truck one way because the last office did not want it in their inventory. Please make compensation on charges... for bad truck experience. Merci.

Clifford was friendly and nice its unfortunate he will have to spilt commission he should get it all. The U-Haul store at Seneca Mall 13090 did nothing for me. Next time I get the call saying they can't give me a unit and send me to another shop I will just cancel. Then to to the shop that has what I need so they get the Total commission

Don't chnage my pickup location to be 50 miles out of the way. I reserved a 10 foot in Hyde PArk, but had to go to Beacon to get my truck, a 15 footer.

Ok,I was not happy with this rental.first,I was sent 12 miles away from my original lick up.then when I got to the rental place,Clifford Melvin had nothing ready, he was very ride and raises his voice to me.i am the customer.i had my friend with me as a witness.then I had to wait for an hour because his computer was not working.then the gas gauge was not correct on contract.i took pictures.so over all not happy.i have rented with uhaul many times and have never had any complaints.i would like a discount please .anything would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,Brenda Hutchings

The store had actually closed for the day when I got there but the owner made the effort to re-open just to service my needs. Friendly, very personal and over and above excellent type of customer service.

Clifford Melvin was great.. Your main hub though tried to tell me i could only get a small truck when in fact Mr Melvin had the size i needed available. Thank you Clifford Melvin for a great Uhaul experience.

I was charged $26 for not having enough gas - being that there was no one to measure the gas level when I returned the truck, I believe that I'd been falsely charged. This provider began the $26 overcharging issue by stating I'd gone over the 40 mi. I was originally allowed. Which was the overrage charge for, seriously? One or the other? Also, I didn't appreciate being bumped to this location from the location my reservation was requested from originally.

Operator of location was miserable, sarcastic, not very friendly at first, which turned around at the end, very slow visit, wasted a lot of a very busy day.
