I could not go inside to the desk. I tried to ring the doorbell and no one came. I had to call the motel to get the keys. Unclear instructions to obtain keys.

Not clean and language barrier...
Vicky RemterI can tell you what I'm not happy with is when I return the truck with more fuel in it than when I got it the attendant at the clintonville motel decided he was going to add 2 gallons of gas and say that I was short and charged me $10,51 when I returned the truck with more fuel in it than when I got it and I sent a picture to customer service and I still have not received any response from anyone and today is now Wednesday.

Annette AckerI reserved my truck for 8am no one was there. I called the numbers they had no one answered. After 30 minutes a man who look like he just rolled out of bed opens the the door does not even acknowledge I am standing at the front door waiting. I knock ask if he can help with the U-Haul. He said oh ya. But the computer is down and so he didn't know. Called his boss who he tells me was at a party last night so not sure if he will answer. Keep in mind the last time I got a U-Haul from this location was the weekend before but was unable to get anything done and yet paying for guys to come help and taking off work because the U-Haul broke down twice. Not once but twice. We spent all day waiting on someone to come fix the damn thing this location did nothing to help nor did they care. I will never go back here. The only reason I did was because they had a truck and it was the closest. I will drive two hours versus ever going back to this dump of a place. I can't believe U-Haul would want there name associated with a place like this.

mark bellI reserved a 26 ft truck. The truck was stuck. I hired some guys to help me move. They charged me $1200. Because I had hired them I still had to pay them. I ended up getting the 10ft truck but could only move half of my stuff. I don't have to be out of my place yet so that was good but now I have to pay again to move the other half. The people running that place should know that the trucks have to be parked where they can be moved. They were parked on the grass and the tire sunk in the mud and must have frozen. Totally ridiculouls. Moving is stressful enough without experiences like this.

Megan NendzaWhen I called phone number at clintonville motel pick up location it sounded like they were still sleeping. I was told to just pick out trailer because Noone was there yet to help me. I got trailer hooked up and had to give all information over phone then someone stumbled out of motel to take pictures of license after I had already given my information. I was there at my scheduled pick up time but they were not ready at all. Inside of the trailer was not swept out.
Nathaniel PockatTrailer had damage to the fender and wiring broken to one of the lights. The worker hooked it to my truck and never checked if any lights worked.
Nicholas CahakDon't charge someone $8 for Safe Tow when it was declined on line when reserved. I was not asked and did not authorize this charge. This is twice now that I've dealt with this site. It has not been a good experience either time. The first time they didn't even hook it up. I had to do it all myself! Not what I expect out of uhaul!

MARIA CATALANOReserved a 6x12 trailer, I called 2 hours before pick up time to see if it would be available early or on time. I was told it would be late. No phone call to me to let me know. Told to call customer service, they wanted me to drive an extra 30 miles for a trailer. Ended up with 20 foot truck with zero discount besides $50 which is guaranteed. Took before and after pictures of fuel tank and now they are charging me for fuel, can clearly see I returned with more. Second rental within a month and have additional needs in next month. Really Uhaul do you want business. Penske is looking better.

SURYAKANT PATELThis area is a total pig sty scared to even go in there! Guy calls me after dropping off the truck and says. Well theres a crack in the windshield, tire and some missing molding? Well we only put 60 miles on it windshield was cracked when we got in. I don't know what molding he's talking about. My mom was be hind us all the way she never noticed a flat tire and the driver sure didn't notice? Long story short trying to get me to pay for all! I drive by to day bak sitting out there windshield still cracked after he said he have to get it fixed.

WILLIAM VAN DAALWYKGuy was not there when he said he would be so I called called phone number on door he said he would be there in 10 mins took 1/2 hour he didn't greet us and really had no knowledge about renting out uhauls and there was only a half tank of gas so it's kinda crappy we had to stop right away to get fuel cause there was not a full tank so NO I don't recommend this uhsul to anyone but unfortunately it was the ONLY one in Clintonville

Todd SchultzThe office was open. I took the keys into the office and gave them to the attendant at 4:15 on Friday the first. The attendant thanked me and walked away. I asked if he was going to check the truck in and he said "we will" and disappeared. I see it was to checked until the next day at 10:30. I expected the truck to be checked in in front of me and given a paper receipt.
Ralph KinneySpent 30 minutes waiting for the truck while the operator was on the phone learning how to do the paperwork, since this was their second time renting out a truck. Operators should be trained before a location is listed as a pick up/drop off location
Anthony SchipaniThey were not there and after many calls, I called U-Haul direct. The representative was able to "wake him up" to come. He was still zipping up his shirt as he greeted me and looked like hell... When he got there he tried to tell me the trailer was not there. I told him I saw it in the back. He then told me it was the wrong size. I said that is funny as it says the size on front and is correct. He then called someone to tell them he didn't know how to fill out the paper work. They said they didn't either so call U-Haul. When U-Haul finally got me set up, the representative said she changed the drop off to Shawano. She asked the local guy if he was going to hook up the trailer, he said yes. But, he waited inside until I had it connected, came out to take a couple of pictures, and turned around and left without a single word. Drop off was another story as the U-Haul lady did not change the drop off as she had stated...

Dana WormTrailer was snowed in. Customer had to drag it out of a snow bank by the chains to hook it up. Suggest more proactive snow removal around confirmed rentals (I paid in advance so no doubt I would pick it up).

Bill VandaalwykI had to drive 45 additional miles to Clintonville to pick-up the trailer. I was disappointed that a trailer was not available closer to my preferred pick-up location (Appleton area).
Randy TenpasHave the tires the proper air.they were overinflated.we ended up having backaches from the ride as we bounced all over the road.Also, it would have been nice to start with a full tank of gas to get accurate usage.it was below a half and the manager put down a half.The manager at Clintonville Hotel was very helpful but the few things wasted an hour my time on moving day.
