Guy was not there when he said he would be so I called called phone number on door he said he would be there in 10 mins took 1/2 hour he didn't greet us and really had no knowledge about renting out uhauls and there was only a half tank of gas so it's kinda crappy we had to stop right away to get fuel cause there was not a full tank so NO I don't recommend this uhsul to anyone but unfortunately it was the ONLY one in Clintonville

Exceptional staff

The office was open. I took the keys into the office and gave them to the attendant at 4:15 on Friday the first. The attendant thanked me and walked away. I asked if he was going to check the truck in and he said "we will" and disappeared. I see it was to checked until the next day at 10:30. I expected the truck to be checked in in front of me and given a paper receipt.

Spent 30 minutes waiting for the truck while the operator was on the phone learning how to do the paperwork, since this was their second time renting out a truck. Operators should be trained before a location is listed as a pick up/drop off location

They were not there and after many calls, I called U-Haul direct. The representative was able to “wake him up” to come. He was still zipping up his shirt as he greeted me and looked like hell... When he got there he tried to tell me the trailer was not there. I told him I saw it in the back. He then told me it was the wrong size. I said that is funny as it says the size on front and is correct. He then called someone to tell them he didn't know how to fill out the paper work. They said they didn't either so call U-Haul. When U-Haul finally got me set up, the representative said she changed the drop off to Shawano. She asked the local guy if he was going to hook up the trailer, he said yes. But, he waited inside until I had it connected, came out to take a couple of pictures, and turned around and left without a single word. Drop off was another story as the U-Haul lady did not change the drop off as she had stated...

had to sweep out trailer, had to call customer service to get someone to help me at pickup location, had to get rental agreement from customer service, sorry but very poor customer service at this location

get the equipment to the location agreed upon.. not an hour and a half away... deliver it... not expect customer to do your logistical work at their expense!

They need to indwrstand english and be more helpful.

Listen to them whether they need a dolly and what kind of dolly, or look at the request better before they get there.

Trailer was snowed in. Customer had to drag it out of a snow bank by the chains to hook it up. Suggest more proactive snow removal around confirmed rentals (I paid in advance so no doubt I would pick it up).

Pick up of vehicle was fast and staff was very courteous.

Reservation 30 days in advance and haul cancelled the day of pick up without a call!!! Then lied and said I had cancelled!!! Never rent uhaul!!!

No communication regarding drop off instructions from owner upon arrival. He was too busy running his motel. I had to ask several times what I should do next. I was finally helped by a less than friendly person.

I had to drive 45 additional miles to Clintonville to pick-up the trailer. I was disappointed that a trailer was not available closer to my preferred pick-up location (Appleton area).

Have the tires the proper air.they were overinflated.we ended up having backaches from the ride as we bounced all over the road.Also, it would have been nice to start with a full tank of gas to get accurate usage.it was below a half and the manager put down a half.The manager at Clintonville Hotel was very helpful but the few things wasted an hour my time on moving day.

They not only charged me for an extra day, even tho truck was back, i just looked at my acount and saw they CHARGED ME TWICE! it is horri ke service! No one seems to know what they are doing there

Was originally told I would have 57 miles pick it up in Shawano but was told by pick up place that I would be given an additional 25 miles because I had to pick it up in Clintonville. 57+25=82 miles not 78.

It was easy to use and the truck was ready for me on time. I highly recommend the $14 insurance uhaul offers. We got stuck in a snow bank backing up and they had a service technician out there in an hour to pull us free and no extra charge because we took the insurance. Their customer service was super friendly and helpful too.

Greeted by people in pajamas. Unable to efficiently process rental after I took all steps ahead of time to speed up the process including the online check in feature. Very unprofessional location. UHaul should not continue to support this place.

Trailer I rented was excellent, we got stuck in a hard rain storm and everything was dry when we unloaded

We were in a emergency situation and they were very helpful. They didn't have what we needed but they found it for us. They called and had the trailer transferred to them. They went with us to go it and had us on our way. Thank you!

We reserved for pick-up in Waupaca and got a call the day before that we would need to pick up in Clintonville, 45 minutes out of our way. No other trucks were available any closer even though we had made the reservation well over a week in advance. At the time of the reservation we tried places like Appleton and "no trucks were available." Yet Waupaca was available online but apparently shouldn't have been. We reserved two dozen moving blankets and the pick up location did not have any.

we were suppose to pick the uhaul up at another location, we went to that location and the uhaul we ordered was sent to this location instead. I did express check out and they could not find it. gave me the wrong keys they couldn't find the contract and now my credit card was charged twice.

ensure that the reserved truck is at the pickup location designated eliminating a hour drive to get and mover the truck to the move site.

Better know how on handling uhaul website and getting what they customer needs.
