Not sure who screwed up if uhaul or pharmacy but they gave away my truck! Had to wait an hour and half for the person to return it then the gas wasn’t what they said it was. Complained to uhaul about all this they gave me a discount but to me it wasn’t enough. Waiting on this uhaul put me behind in loading everything up and worked into the dark doing so...Very disappointed with uhaul

I was overcharged what the rate I was given on line when I reserved the truck and was supposed to come with a appliance dolly but didn’t and no one around had one available.

Renting from a small pharmacy isn’t a good idea. Issues with check-in. Got blocked in by pharmacy customer. Not a good area to pull out in. My actual address wasn’t used to assign a drop off location close to my home.

It took 1 1/2 to get the uhaul because no one knew what they were doing. They had to call someone to help and then they tried to change me more than they should. Over all not a good experience.

Happy with truck, the counter people were super nice, however the lady really struggled with the computer. It was very obvious she had no training on the rental application program. After about an hour I had the contract and was on my way. Truck worked great, was clean, and did not have any issues there, UHaul website worked great as well, with making reservations. I would use UHaul again for my next move.

I had an issue with the times they were open but Coal Grove location worked with me and i turned my truck in when i was able to do it. They were very nice about it. Really easy drop off location.

I paid for getting a full day of service. The vehicle was not available until 12:00 because the owner was not around. Did not get going until 1:00. The phone # you give me for him was a non working #. So never had contact or direction help when lost. Lousy signage as well and many miles from where I signed up to get the truck. Name of location did not match the name on the contract.

As we got 1 hour into our destination we had a flat tire. A closer look showed that the outside tire seed new whereas the inside tire was tread bare, ergo we had a flat. It took 3 hours added to our drive time and 1 hour of that was extra driving. Needless to say when we went to returned our vehicle we were going to be charge for an extra day and extra miles, another delay to get that all straightened out. My advice -check tires on a routine basis so this does not happen.

UHaul and merchant stated that i should pick up truck at noon. i arrived at 10 minutes to noon and waited 45 minutes for the merchant owner to arrive so that i could leave with the truck. very poorly managed

My equipment was never entered back in by the associate. I returned my equipment the very next morning, but because he never entered the dolly back in, I ended up being charge an extra $20.00. Even after speaking to customer service at U-haul, the problem still has not been fixed.

When I reserved the truck online, I was told I would receive a phone call by 6pm the night before to confirm a pickup location. I never received a phone call so I tried to get through to 3 different U-Haul numbers - the one listed on the confirmation, 1-800-gouhaul, and the number given on the answering machine of the NE Philly Regional Office. All three number would automatically hang up on me after being on hold for 10 seconds or so. I continued to call early the next morning and eventually got a hold of someone at 9:00am (long after we had planned to start our move). I was told we had to pick the truck up 30 minutes farther then expected. We finally got to the Holmes location and waited for it to open at 10am. We saw our truck sitting in the parking lot, but were told by the cashier that we had to wait till the manager got there to get the truck. He called the manager and told us he would be in in 40 minutes. We finally got the truck at 11am (3 hours after we were planning on moving). I am usually not one to complain but ,all in all, I was pretty shocked by the disorganization, lack of follow up, and poor customer service received from such a well known company. The low prices and convenience of online booking are what drew me in but the overall experience will prevent me from being a returned customer.

well somehow there was no truck waiting after a three week reservation.it caused a few anxious hours with movers standing by and my lease on apt expired.i got no help at all from u haul,which offered me a trailer,thank god for ed at the hardware store for working diligently to get me a truck.uhaul was no help at all in the matter.george jameson

I got text messages telling me I never turned in my Uhaul when I did so the same day I received it. It's quite annoying! I had to call to get it straightened out and still continued to get text messages. Seems like a general lack of communication.

Attendant was not very adept, didn't complete paper work for when we returned van, causing phone calls and scary emails about unreturned equipment. Also, key drop box was not visible.

Clearly the store keeper at MacDade Blvd, Holmes,PA has some personal issues. He never really listen to his customers. He would not keep any arrangements made prior in the phone after 1 hour and when we tried to reason with him he address my statement as bullshit and used the "F" word on us. We were truly disappointed by his attitude. His "F" word greeting surely made our moving day.

Vehicle was not available for pickup at the agreed upon time (12:00pm). I had to wait for the manager to come in before I could take the vehicle. This is not the fault of the location, but U-Haul's call center. They changed the location of the reservation at 6:30pm the night before, and the new location (in Holmes, PA) was closed and did not receive notification of the reservation.
