hudis meansIt is a gas station. They immediately came and inspected the truck. The final transaction was processed within 15 mins. I am pleased with UHAUL.

Shameria LittleNo help from the location. Trailer needs a tongue jack to aid in connecting to tow vehicle. The tongue weight of a tandem axel trailer is too heavy for one female to hold while the truck is backed under!!!!!!!

Curtis GatesThe dropoff is super close to our final destination so it was convenient. It's attached to a gas station and not a lot of room to drop off a 20ft truck and trailer, but the staff was nice and helpful. The app wasn't working so the staff member had to complete the return which we greatly appreciated!

anothony dolandsonI rented an appliance dolly, and we received a regular dolly which we already have. When we returned, the trailer and dolly tried to talk to the guy and tell him that it was the wrong thing and he argued it was the same price regardless and it was not it was cheaper for a regular dolly, which I didn't order to start with. I needed the , I needed the apart Lyons. Dolly appliance appliance dolly because we were moving freezers and refrigerators so the dolly that we got was no help. It was actually smaller than the regular Dolly I own. So we was charged $30 for rental of a dolly we didn't receive. And the guy was very rude when it came to talking about it when we brought it back and would not refund any money.

Ron HarrisonTruck had what appeared to be lunchables container on the dashboard when I picked the truck up. Fuel level on empty at time of picked-up. Poor customer service in that regard. What if u wasn't near a gasoline station. And the pick up location didn't seem safe.

Michael WillisThe moving process at this location was horrible for me. First, the truck that I needed was moved to a different location (College Corners gas station). Second, I called to get assistance with the 24/7 pickup around 3 p.m. because I had trouble getting the truck at its original pickup time and the team was being very unprofessional on the phone. They were laughing, making jokes and yelling to each other in the background. I was also on hold for nearly 30 minutes before speaking to someone. Once I got on the line the guy was a bit helpful with walking me through the process for pickup, however once we got to the end he was given a code to open the box for the key and completely forgot it and had to put me on hold again to call and re-ask for it. If you can find another moving service I would recommend that. Or hire movers. They were terrible.

Trevonza BobbittWe arrived at our intended pick up time at 10am and were told the person that does UHaul was not available and to come back in an hour. We originally moved our reservation to another location, but realized the equipment available there was not the correct size. We then transferred back to the original location of College Corner and was told we couldn't get the equipment until 2pm. This completely set off our intended plans of returning to Savannah and unloading in a timely manner. This chaotic change and unreliability was completely unsettling and made me want to reconsider ever using UHaul again. Please ensure the owner of this location appropriately communicates with his customers and gives them a heads up if he is unable to accommodate their needs.

Carey CatoI was charged for some mileage that I did not put in one of their Uhaul trucks and the store claims they couldn't do anything to fix it. They had rented me a truck that did not work and knew it did not work. I'm waiting to get my money refunded.

Valeria McBrideI tried to order the small truck and was given the largest truck and the price jumped from $20 to 60. They only do online booking and no in person booking. I had to settle for I larger truck than I needed and pay more money than I could afford

Nicole MackSadly, the man was horrible. He made me feel he wanted nothing to do with my business. He had no pads I was supposed to pick up. He refused to give us the military discount. When I mention any type of discount including my tax exempt, he would say "no no we don't do that." When i told him the woman on the phone told me to come to the facility, He still said he could not help because i was onky to pick up the key through online. He did not give me the dolly I paid for either. I never got one. He made me feel disregarded and disrespected. It was the worst UHAUL experience i have ever had. It really upset my mother who was with me as well. She was offended by his dismissive attitude. It was not good business at all. Seemed like everything I asked was a no with no effort to asssist me at all. As I said, despite me being told to go to the location and speak with Him when I called the 800#, he still said he couldn't help me. I had to waste time going all the way to another location to pick up 12 pads when I had paid for 20. Sadly no UHAUL near his location, as Mckayla checked for me, had any pads either. I had to delay the movers by almost a hour which cost me $150. I would appreciate a refund on the uhaul. Last year this time, i rented three uhauls within 5 days. I have always rented with you all and never, that I can recall, felt the need to make a formal complaint. I felt like a bug thatvhe wanted to show away rather than help me get things done.

ELVIS VIJIL ALFAROPick up was supposed to be at 9. The person in charge of the equipment was not even there until 9:30. Also they didn't have the appliance dolly that was reserved s as o they sent us to a different location for the whole rental with bad information so we ended up having to rent the dolly from that location and go back for the truck from this x location. This cost us almost 2 hours of our day

This location is giving you a BAD name.....I'll never go here again. Note: I arrived to pick up the truck and 2 women in store said UHaul ended at 3....my appt for pick up was at 3:30. It was downhill from there!!!
