Customer service was great - professional. All charges were clearly outlined and documents and receipts were sent to my email promptly.

We couldn't drop the vehicle off at our destination. It had to be returned to where we rented it which increased the rental mileage cost.

The mileage was off what was written was not on actual truck It was more. the truck was dirty smelt like smoke the truck was filled to 15/6 we drove 5 miles total and the truck took $25 worth of gas . ????? Looks like gas gage needs to be checked. The staff was pleasant . And location convienent

Ensure van cargo area is swept before renting to next customer. Tiffany and Kylee were friendly and patient when I struggled with taking a picture via the website sent to me.
So many hidden expenditures and not communicated well at all. Going I won't have to use uhaul for a longtime to come.
2:00pm was pick up of the van, we didn't get it until 3:35pm that was extremely frustrating. Previous customer arrived late and had two dirty dogs in the van. The employee tried her best to clean it as quickly as possible. The van still smelled of the dogs, very uncomfortable. I am thankful neither one of us was allergic to dogs. The hand truck was not tied down in the back and fell over (making an loud noise slamming to the floor of the van)while driving around a corner. We were not satisfied. I would like a full refund for the waiting, backing up our plans which made us late and the dog smell and hair all over the van seats., and the hand truck not being tied down. First vehicle that was given to me had the back door latch get stuck. The staff gave me a separate truck, but the 2nd truck was dirty. The back door latch got stuck don't this truck during my move and caused issues. I really wish I went with Penske or budget as the customer service on phone was terrible and not very helpful. After waiting 20+min on hold the employee was rude.
Easy, quick and friendly
Great service & location was right across from where I was getting the material for my project. I recommend dealing with local office directly. Corporate on the other hand provided poor service & could not locate the truck I found. They just wanted my cc number right away & were too pushy. They wasted my time & I canceled the initial contract within 20 minutes after making it.
Receptionist was outstanding and explained everything that needed to happen before and after pick up perfectly!
Don't add extra gas when it was clearly returned with sufficient gas.

Headlight on the truck was burned out. U-haul computer did not work and wasted a lot of my time.
Truck rented had almost 100k miles and it was pretty beat up. It ran fine and that was the important thing however.

Was charged for a "light scratch" drove the vehicle less than 10 miles to move one piece of packaged furniture. Employee did not do an inspection with me before hand and there is no specifics on the damage, just out right charged.
The equipment order (hand trucks) was not what I ordered over the phone. The equipment was not in the truck. The blanket order was also screwed up, wrong quantity. We were very clear over the phone. Also, the location manager said we could pick up the keys around 4:30 on July 3, because we needed the truck before they open on July 5 - and since I wasn't picking up the truck until July 5 they would not charge me until July 5. When I arrived July 3, the counter person said they would have to charge me starting on July 3 if I took the keys. I asked if they could call anyone to override that and they said no. My experience was completely unsatisfactory.

Good service, rig was clean and ready to go.
You need an exit walk thru gate near the entrance. Having to walk all the way around was barely doable for me. I like the truck and everything else. Try to always have 2 people on moving day

This is an excellent location and the best U-Haul could do is to continue to support the management and staff in their efforts to keep this a prime location
Check in and Check out were very smooth and user friendly. Attendants were both very helpful and clear on details Paperwork was as promised and handled efficiently Lady attendant was super helpful and amiable. All combined to make it a good experience!

Danielle and Arthur provided excellent customer service. They were quick, efficient, courteous, the facility was clean, and they made sure I knew everything I needed about operating the truck. Would recommend to friends.

Doors were locked when we arrived a little after 2 PM and when the employee finally got around to letting us in she struggled with even the most basic level of customer service.

My contract and place I picked up truck said I had 6 hours for my rental. Then I got charged double since I did not return after 4 hours. Was told to call customer service. And no one will pick up the line. Not happy. Will not rent from them again
The online reservation messed up whether we wanted insurance or not, then the employee act very irritated when I asked her to change it. She said "it's already gone through, it can't be undone", but actually it was very easy for her to call and fix. The van had several unmarked, unfixed damages. I really like this place as a storage unit, but I was not impressed with how this employee handled the Uhaul part.
I have used U-Haul many times before and have had okay experiences. But, THIS was the best, most convenient, nicest U-Haul location I have had the opportunity to use. I would use them again and I would recommend to all my friends!

Your "express check in" offered a quicker sign up if I gave you all the information for the rental online. When I picked up the vehicle, I had to go through the whole administration template that I'd already filled out on line. What a waste of time the "express check in" was. Then when I returned the vehicle I was charged for using the hand truck provided with the rental. This charge was never pointed out to me. I explained that I had not used the hand truck anyway, and after a discussion the charge for hand truck was removed. Then, partially because of the time it took to register, I was late in returning the vehicle vs. the reservation. When I returned I was informed that there was another customer for the rental, therefore I would be charged an extra day for the rental. After being late to leave the office because of the extra administration and not being told anything about the penalty for not being back at exactly the time on my reservation?? Which is of course just a forecast of the time it will take to complete my move. I found this location to be less than accommodating from a customer that they would like to have back standpoint. And if they are correct that it's U-Haul policy to nit-pick on charges and penalties that are not identified up front and "express" services that save no time and are just duplicated through the rental process, then I don't think much of my U-Haul experience at all. I ended up paying $117 for my $29 rental.
Danielle was excellent. Are friendly demeanor along with her professional expertise assisted me in a time that I needed a vehicle right away for the task I had. She went over and beyond to help me and I highly recommend this facility to anyone. A+ all the way
The manager at this location was awesome. She was very friendly and took her time explaining everything. She is a definite asset to your company.

Danielle at College Storage did an outstanding job helping us get through a very difficult and stressful move. We had one problem after another. Danielle was always flexible, kind, and understanding, and somehow, she managed to accommodate us with every request we asked of her. Never once did she get discouraged. Never once did she make me feel bad for all the trouble this move was. She's an amazing young professional to work with! I've rented many vehicles many times, and this was, by far, the very best experience. Danielle will go above and beyond to help you, and we were a pain in the neck, believe me!
It was extremely frustrating and expensive to find out the idle time on the engine counted towards miles. A less than 40 mile round trip ended up being over 50 miles because I let the engine idle at times. I do not know if I will ever use Uhaul again because a short trip nickel and dimed to me up to almost a $100 bill and I had to put in $30 worth of gas because of the poor gas mileage of the vehicle when I only had a couple items in it
