Explain before accepting reservations the fees, one way and round trip. Over 300$ for a truck is absolutely ridiculous and I could have just hired movers. Never again. You people are vultures.

VAN WThe console tray was not clean but the floor, seats and dash were fine. The truck with 150,000+ miles was a bit rattle-ly. But it got the job done with no issues.

JASON MWhen I returned the U-Haul the place was closed. Having to go through everything you guys make people go through when they return a U-Haul after business hours. I believe it's a little ridiculous!

DAVID TMy rental truck was dirty and worn out. Brakes were terrible. Thank god I didn't have to go far or on the highway. Its steering is worn out and wonders all over the road. Not sure I'd rent from UHaul again. It did the hauling job we needed but did not feel safe driving it and was very dirty in side and out. Afraid to touch anything.

Michael OThe owner put the wrong pin number into the app. We could not open our box. I tried calling and was treated rudely by the woman on the phone whose job it was to help us out in case the box did not open. Given, I was pretty upset by then, but she should know that when people call up with problems it is upsetting - she was of no help. I finally tried changing the last two number and the box opened after 30 minutes of being upset and trying to stay on schedule with out move. Very frustrating experience.

DONNA SWhile I do like the e check in and check out, I prefer talking to someone in person. The staff there was helpful. The only complaint I have is that I hav no idea where to park the truck when I was done.
Jonathan SColonial was very good - excellent service and very friendly. Easy in and out. Only problem I have is with the UHaul website. It INCORRECTLY stated inside dimensions for length (5x8 cargo trailer), as 8'8". That is the OUTSIDE dimension ! Please fix the website!!!!

JOSEPH EThe app and link wouldn't work to verify the uhaul pictures upon pick up. I disputed a picture because in the picture a huge gash on the truck wasn't pictured but it wouldn't let me upload a picture to dispute it and then the link expired while i was attempting it again and again. I never got to dispute it and I'm hoping we aren't charged for that gash because we took pictures and videos and a screenshot of the issue.
JO TThis location was closer to my destination and driving the unsafe vehicle to this location made me feel more at ease.

Greg BThe experience would have been excellent if the location dealer had on hand beake light adaptor cords...I had to disconnect my trailer and drive to another store to buy an adapter before I could drive away with the trailer. Otherwise a good experience.
Jim GNever recommend to a customer to use the U-Haul app. It didn't work. I waited on hold a long time for customer service. They told me to use the web page. And the web page just worked.
Kurt PService was great, the lady that helped me was great and very helpful. Drop off was a little tricky…the lot isn't very easy to pull in and drop trailer. May be worth assigning customer's a code to be able to pull in and drop where we pick up. A pick up and a 12' trailer can't really turn in the small front parking lot
