JASON HI have rented from location numerous times and have always received quality and service as of I was a relative or a close friend.
KERWIN MThe lady at colour's was so rude. After my truck was already hooked up to the trailer. She came out and just started ripping the chains off my truck. When my husband asked what was she doing she replies very rude what are you doing? This is not how business should be handled. Also people should mention or ask before they touch someone's $50k plus vehicle. The business is disgusting inside and out. The lady mini van didn't even have a back windshield. It was plastic.

Debbie HOnly bad thing about my experience was the truck only had a quarter tank of gas when I picked it up. And I dropped the truck off with more gas than what was in it. And still got charged 61 dollars for a fuel fee. And I didn't even use all the allotted miles given.
JOSHUA HNo improvements necessary from my perspective. Customer service was wonderful and the truck was fueled, cleaned, and ready to go on time. I had a great experience and would easily recommend this location to others.

DAMIEN MReliable, if something is wrong or missing they correct it. Plentiful amount of trucks and trailers. I needed a motorcycle trailer , called early thinking no Way they had one , sure enough they did already.
ROBERT SReplace the dollies the one I was given to use was rusty and worn out the furniture pads smelled like burlap and dirt
TIMOTHY CThe salesperson was nice but I had to repeat a lot of what I did online. The uHaul was clean but had trouble starting and we made it home but then it would not start and we had to use jumper cables to start. The gear shift also sticks and I had trouble getting into and out of gear. The panel below the steering wheel was also loose.
Eddie DVery knowledgeable and helpful with the renting experience. When people are moving they have a thousand things on their mind. It takes a big burden from you when you find someone that has the expertise to make all the arrangements for you allowing you to focus on the other details.
MICHAEL MThe rating scale is flawed. If this is the only time I use a rental truck, the location is, by definition, average. Recommend wording like "met expectations."
