I was quoted a price and at the end it was over $100 more than quoted. That is unaccounted

William FLORESMy issue was not with the location, the staff was very amiable, but with UHaul's policy, and lack of concern for customers. I was unable to complete the reason for the rental because of a defective vehicle that would not start. The area manager did allow me the use through the weekend, but it didn't work then either. Nobody cared about this fact, and said that I would have to rent it yet again, if I needed to use it. ….this is deplorable and very poor customer service. I am totally turned off from renting again from UHaul at this time.
NATALIE TYSONI was not told I couldn't keep it over night. Then I was charged for it. If I was told that I would have just picked it up the next morning. I will never do it again. I just got a bill sent to me for 70 bucks which doesn't make sense. I rented it over a month ago and I get a bill now. Never again.
MAHLON REEVES JRThe location was fine. I would never recommend Uhaul ever! I had nothing but problems from the get go. I confirmed my rental a few days prior to the pick up time. the night before I was to pick up, I got a call telling me they didnt have a truck for me. they had a smaller one but an hr out of my way each way. I couldnt get everything out mof my storage unit bc of the screw up so now Im paying on it still. Also, Uhaul is not trying to charge me for what i already paid in full!!!!!

Lloyd J Moss Jr.We there the day before and no one was there waited approx. 15 min.and even called the number on the door left a voice mail and never did get a return call.When made arrangements with another place found out we need to pick up at the location we had been to the day before explained what happened they called the place to make sure someone was there.A sign needs to be placed in the window let people know when someone will be there.

Nathan MooneyThe service was horrible, the woman working there was extremely rude, unprofessional and lied to my face. I had to drive back and forth between 2 different locations to get a truck that I had reserved and nobody would give me. It took me 3 trips and 2 hours to finally get my truck. I was promised a $50 discount on my final price. I have the text message as proof from the worker at the Dante location where I originally made my reservation. It does not show in my receipt. I will NOT use U-haul services from either locations again.

VIRGINIA MCCEIGI need to give a rave review to Jasmine from your Galloway,NJ location who was there covering in the absence of a manager. When I arrived at the storage location to pick up the van I was advised that the location for U-Haul was shut down and was supposed to reopen in a few weeks after a new manager was trained and my reservation should not have gone through. Thankfully she had the knowledge about U-haul and the vehicle we needed was on the lot. Jasmine went above and beyond making numerous phone calls to make the rental happen. We had some laughs and jokes to make what could have been a horrible experience very pleasant. Being in customer service I can relate to the challenges she faced. We rarely hear about the things we do right, only what we did wrong.

John PozzobonI found the website to be extremely difficult to use when I attempted to return the vehicle after hours. I tried to use the online check out and it would not accept my photos with no reasoning as to why. I tried two different phones and multiple browsers. The girls at the Route 55 Self Storage were amazing and I would gladly recommend them to anyone that needed to rent a vehicle in the future.
