Excellent friendly service. Problem was with Uhaul didn't charge the credit card I had on file and in reservation. I don't understand how that happened...

Dorne SWe dropped off on Sunday when they were closed. Followed the online instructions which were easy to follow. I then called and Community answered the phone so I could alert them the trailer was not in a locked area. They seemed appreciative. So all was good

Kevin LThis guy definitely needs additional training on the services as well as customer service. The truck was in poor shape and drove like it was going to break down. I will never rent from this location again.

Richard EI needed a different size hitch and a different plug. This location had neither. I had to go to another U-Haul location to get hitch. Then when I got back to this location again. I discovered I needed the different plug.
