Sharon PWhen a customer points out to you that the truck's engine light and a warning light for low tire pressure are on, when the vehicle is picked up, do not tell them, while basically disregarding their safety issues, that it will be ok the pressure is probably just down a pound or two. And when a customer calls for a lockout, do not try to charge them $220 to let them into their truck.

Brandon MFix the website to only show available locations where the trailer is available. Additionally, ensure that the pickup location is open for selected pickup times that show as available. Equipment was fine and drop off went well. But the order and pickup process was horrible.
James BThe lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. However, there were a lot of problems with getting the correct trailer and the ID number was incorrect and paperwork that was wrong....etc....etc.. At the end of the day, we did get the right trailer, but it took 45 minutes which seemed excessive.

Mark HThey were closed in the middle of the day. Had to leave the keys in a drop box. Two days later I get a call that they couldn't find the keys. A text sent me to contact the location I picked up from. The pickup location knew nothing. The drop off location never answered after five attempts and never contacted me back.

Micheal LI was charged for the rental of a hand cart that I ordered. We got to where we were loading the truck and NO HAND CART. We ended up having to lift and carry very heavy furniture. It would be great if someone could check that everything was there before I picked it up.

Robert CI only put 4 stars coz they don't have their office (only sharing with a car shop temporarily) but the customer service was excellent-- easy transaction. Received the truck clean and in good condition. I will go back if I have to rent a truck again.
Shaula OThe truck we had was noisy because of the driver side door frame was tweaked a little which didn't give you a good seal around the window. Didn't notice it until we were on the highway, city driving was ok. It was annoying at the least.

Christopher GCheck the truck out better before sending it back out. It was clean, but windshield wipers were very worn and I drove half a day in rain, one cable on the slide up door was completely off the spool and the transmission jerked and slipped at lower speeds. The people were friendly.

SHARON RGad gauge was lower in vehicle than indicated on contract. Showed photo to clerk, who argued that it was my fault for putting too much gas in. This is after waiting over 20 minutes in a vacant rental office because no one was on the premises.
