Improve the website description: 1. The website said the 10' truck had a loading ramp. I planned my trip, organized my needs, and rented this truck with a loading ramp in mind. There was NO loading ramp. 2. Say you charge for gas. You charge per mile say you charge for gas. It's obviously misleading on your part. 3. Tire issues on the truck - the light was on 75 % of the trip. 4. Drivers seat - didn't lock into position. It' moved the whole ride. VERY UNSAFE. 5. The app. It doesn't work. FIX THE DAMN APP. I'd love to hear back from UHaul to let me know someone read this review.

There were no employees inside the store or outside when I arrived for almost 10 minutes. I did not receive the utility dolly I requested and the employee was not helpful/did not answer my questions about purchasing other moving supplies

The lock on box 2 has given me issues for my last 2 rentals. Either lubricate it or replace it please.

The front desk was super friendly! She was personable and very helpful. She was able to help up with our changing needs and get us into the right vehicle.

They were out to lunch at drop off. I received an. Email confirmation closing the process a couple hours later.

When I made my reservation I asked the U-Haul rep for the closest pick up location to my zip code and was given one that was further away than a closer one in Williamston which would've saved me quite a few miles of driving/ time. Not happy about that. Perhaps your system uses some way of calculating distances using zip codes that resulted in this mismatch; probably best to ask for a street address rather than just a zip code to avoid this problem for others. At $1/mile it makes quite a difference.

Will was awesome…friendly and helpful! You need to publish in large font in website the clearance for all vehicles (ie…so people know about parking garages)! I spent hours trying to get this info ahead of time. Different cargo van, different clearance.

Renting and using this truck was an amazing phone experience. The person at Compass was fantastic, as well. It was affordable and super easy. I will be back!!!

Dropped off the truck during business hours but they were closed. I was not sure of the process so I dropped the keys in the drop box. I was not sure what else to do and there was not anyone to ask.

The woman the checked me in charged me with out my consent for insurance then she charged me $25 cleaning fee for light foot traffic in the back of the truck. She has horrible customer service and ups the bill any way she can.

It was in a good location. Easy to pick up and drop off. The person we worked with was great. A very nice experience. I will use this location again.

The customer service is always terrible at uhaul, but you used to have a monopoly on mover truck lending. People are going to pay the extra dollar for other companies due to uhaul's poor customer service, unkept vehicles, unreliable movers, and an overall awful experience. I think you are too much in a hole to "improve for the next customer." I don't know, give them a truck for free.

I would like to be able to pick up the truck at this location each time and not have to go elsewhere. They are familiar with me and have taken such good care of me.

I reserved a vehicle at this location, which I was told one day before picking up, would have to pick up at a different location. Unfair! I reserved weeks in advance in good faith and to tell me I would have to go further away from this location to get my reserved vehicle is bait and switch. I was not offered an acceptable solution until I proposed one I could accept. Poor customer service.

The times when someone leaves the office and there is no indication when they will be back. If you arrive during this time, you may be standing outside for up to 45 minutes until the office opens up again to conduct business.

I specifically declined the insurance option online, and then it showed up on my proposed contract when I showed up to pick up the truck. I had to refuse it a second time to make it "stick." Fortunately, the desk person reviewed the bill with me before I left the store. This type of slamming by Uhaul is unethical.

There was a busted trash bin in the back of the truck and a folded up cardboard sign as well. The rental covers were forgotten as well. Other then that everything else was fine.

There hours were to 6pm I got there at 5 and doors were closed and locked. The 24/7 lock box was torn open and hasn't looked used in awhile,I dropped keys in what I hope was their mail slot. Moving someone is stressful enough without dealing with little issues with pickup and dropoff

They were late to the location on the day of pick up. Apparently someone overslept which happens. They were very gracious about it. I had reserved my truck for 2 days but ended up completing our move in one day. We returned the truck the same day as pick up only a one day rental. I had to phone the general customer service number to get my refund. I originally called on the day of our return and was told Compass would check it in on Sunday and refund the extra day. That did not occur until I phoned on Tuesday to address the issue which was handled promptly.

Once the vehicle is returned through the process defined in the app, an email acknowledgment that the vehicle return has been returned instead of just displaying a message on the app would help improve overall experience.

The mobile check in didn't work. I had to wait until the office opened to get help. This isn't really a location comment but a Uhaul comment.

I was charged $76 for a $19,99 in town move with 9 miles in transportation. My husband returned the truck in less than 3 hours, his phone was dead, I tried to do the return from a different location when he got to me but it wouldn't work. So we payed almost triple.
