Manager was bad I wouldn’t recommend at all
BISMARCK KCommunication on how to enter the facility and more welcoming staff when entered instead of having three people working and no one giving you access.
SHAREEF Nwas shocked that this was actually a friendly and efficient experience. Booking online via U-Haul.com was awful, but luckily the folks who run this place are much more efficient than whoever runs your corporate site.

Damian BHad a bad experience checking in with the app. They ask for 3 numbers to verify and text them but never called. And the agent said nobody answered, and they never called. Had to redo the check in process all over again. And this time they didn't call anyone. I rent with UhAul before and this never happened. It took me almost a hour to get the van. And the back of the van was dirty.

Umbreana WThe IN-APP, self-pick-up and drop-off experience was absolutely the opposite of what it is intended to be. It is, tedious, time-consuming, slow, and nearly useless. Please address the issues for the next customer, because it may have forced this one away in the future.
Logan BMy rental had an empty tank of gas and a flat right rear tire. The truck interior was dirty. Really disappointing rental. Surprised I had to gas up and inflate the tire within minutes of renting the truck.
KENNETH BCostumer service was rude and not helpful. I did a reservation for a hand truck and they did not have it for me so they just cancel the order without offering any solution. Her attitude was like she was doing a favor.

Thomad RI knew if the gas tank wasn't return back to where I found it we have to pay for the filling up but it was probably $8 or less. However, the $30 fee to go fill the tank for just one line it's ridiculous.
Nelson CYour app was in error. I asked for contactless pickup and it wouldn't allow it day of. Plus it said location opened at 9 and wouldn't let me proceed even though rental was at 8.

Julio SVan had yellow collision sensor on dash. This van and prior van both had low tire pressure dashlight on. Tire leaks air from screws in them.

kesly sEvery time i reserve a truck online its not available at my desired location on the day of my reservation and i have scheduling department find me the truck i want and i lose time and money ubering to the location with my truck. I operate a small business and rent trucks often i have been dissatisfied with uhaul lately. Even with the reservation garunteed $50 refund I recieve it has been a terrible experience for a repeat customer or many years. I will be renting from penske and enterprise from now on.

Elieser DThe van was filled with roaches. My clothes and stuff transported in your van got infected with roaches. The van was very dirty and of course I couldn't place back the little bit of gas that I used on my trip because I was more worried about get out of the van than refill the 1 or 2 gallons of gas that I used on my trip. It was a very bad experience overall. The staff was no polite. The two girls that work there were in a very bad mood. If you want me to sent pictures of the roaches on your van, I can.
