Check in was cumbersome and more involved than I wished. Please streamline or have pre-checkin. Also, back of truck had some cardboard scraps that I had to get rid of. Otherwise the truck experience was great. Thanks, Mark
MARK CIt was really hot in there temperature wise other than that both employees I dealt with were helpful!
Justin BLocation was closed on a Thursday afternoon, and a part of my order (a moving dolly) was missing so I couldn't get any help or get the dolly.
Lori NJamie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable; I will be certain to recommend Compass Storage to other people.

JAIME DThis was an absolute terrible experience. I checked in online because I had a reservation for 1:30 pm and the site stated I had to go inside for assistance because something went wrong. I go inside and the person working said he couldn't help me because I was supposed to get a passcode for the lockbox to get the keys for the uhaul. He gave me a phone number to call. I called this number four times and left a voicemail but didn't get a response. I went back to the guy working and he gives me another phone number to call. I eventually get connected to someone there who made me go through the process of checking in again. The person I was on the phone with put me on hold to call the guy working at Uhaul. He eventually comes out and unlocks the lock box with a key and grabs the Uhaul keys. The same Uhaul keys I've been waiting over an hour for because I didn't have the passcode to the lock box. He held them until the lady could confirm that I was good to go with reprocessing my reservation. My reservation was at 1:30 I didn't end up leaving the place until 2:50. Fair to say I will never go back to this location ever again!
Gilbert CThe woman working on 4/27 for compass storage was an absolute saint and helped me out. The computers went down and one of the uhaul meme era forgot to leave the keys for the truck and my pick up appointment was an hour late so I had to pay my moving team for an extra hour while they waited. The truck ran perfect and was nice and clean but the self check out system was super confusing and not having an actual U-Haul staff member on site ended up costing me an extra hour to pay my moving team. Everything else was perfect and the people at the drop off center in north Attleboro were super nice. I would just recommend to friends to avoid the self checkout and return service incase of any issues.

Patrice MThe people that work in that place were fantastic. I do have a gripe on the price however. I had asked if it was OK if I picked up the truck the night before, just before closing time rather than at 830 AM when they opened so I could start loading it early the next morning. If I was to be dealing with haggling in the office at 830 AM, pulling off the lot at 9-915, there is no way I could have had that truck back by closing time. My only hope is that other companies join this industry to compete with you as you are really the only one around.. $156 for a one day rental is pretty steep and I will never pay an outrageous amount like that again. I was expecting to be paying around $60, the cost of an 8 hour rental. When she told me I wanted to cry. I did not realize you were going to be charging me for having the truck sit outside my apartment all night rather than that dark vacant lot.

austen HThis place had major computer issues had trouble modifying our reservation and it took a long time to pick up truck. The wrong location for drop off was selected which caused a multitude of problems I got a text message indicating to return to the wrong location and then the manager from that store called me looking for the truck. I then had to call back the pick up location to have them resolve it.
PROMEET GPerson on duty did not know how to access the U-Haul web sight on the computer because they used `apps` on their phones where he was from. Guess he was filling in for someone. Took almost 40 min. to get the truck. Reservation was made days before! Would not recommend this sight if the same person was there constantly.
