We was hot the whole way ! Hot air was blowing in at floor bord . sweat was pouring even though air was on and ice cold. But was no match for hot burning air. My foot was burned . i have pictures. The truck stank. I don't know what was in it before or how to mitigate it but the stench was bad. The rental office was wonderful, very helpful. The app was terrible in my case. I reset my location setting and couldn't get the app to update so was unable to check van in myself. It was EXTREMELY frustrating. I've used this before, I don't recall having to enable location, it worked then.William W.

The lady working was not nice at all. She was rude, unprofessional, the place smelled like marijuana, and she asked me to bring the equipment back in the morning after 10am after I repeatedly asked to bring it back before close the same day. When bringing the equipment back in the morning as instructed. She told me I cost her store $50 bc I brought it back after 10am (as instructed). I was told the â€œjust leave my storeâ€ after I apologized sincerely (for doing exactly what I was told to do). I will not be doing business here ever again and I'll be warning everyone in the area as wellALEXANDER B.

The phone checkout did not work, kept saying my license has too much glare to be accepted, had to do the manual desk checkout anyway. Then I rented from 10-10 and got charged a wrong After Hours Service fee. I did return it early but should not have a fee for early return. Then the charges email says if issues email firstname.lastname@example.org if issues, went to email about extra charge and email is an invalid email that kicked back saying not a valid email account.Mark M.

Horrible experience. Being overcharged $120 because people cannot do math and figure out the correct mileage or gas level. Reservation was at 2:30 and when I got there the office was locked. Called the courtesy number and finally around 10 till three someone open the door. As I entered the office completely reeked of pot. Told me that they were out of furniture pads but I could go to another location to pick them up if I want to. Would have been nice to know that when I made the reservation. Went ahead and bought bubble wrap to take the place of the furniture pads. Was marked 1295 and rang up at the register 1995 so they made a price adjustment. When the receipt came they had charged me for 69 miles instead of the 24 miles that I have documented in the pictures I took. They also charge me 11 gallons worth of fuel which is incorrect. Would not recommend this location for any reason for anything. Phone number and email don't work. So will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.Amy C.

I personally filed up the gas gage to where I got it at and they're claiming I used another 3 gallons of gas in a matter of 2 miles which isn't accurate I was charged an additional $20 for things I was not aware of lots of hidden fees I'm not thrilled with the customer service at this location.Shawn P.

Wrong equipment was reserved by rep on phone. Wanted truck and they had van. Van door would Not shut property. Had to go back to pick up another truck. Was charged fuel for $30 was told it had a full tank and it only had a quarter. Have it in dispute for three days and still no callSALLY R.
Trailer was not ready to go. Iced to the ground to the point I had to use a screw driver to chip ice away from wiring harness and chains. Ice sheets on the roof of the trailer that could have seriously damaged trailing vehicles on the expressway. Spent over an hour at location due to them only having one staff member and then received nothing but attitude and excuses that it was an all female staff when asked for assistance. Then I had to wait until the following day to return the trailer because they wanted it left behind the gate, which they could have just given me a temporary code for. Most certainly will not be back. I have used several other U-Haul locations in the area over the years and this was by far the worst managed location I have ever seen.JEFFREY S.
I picked up the truck with 3/4 of a tank of gas in it. I drove from the store to buttermilk exit and back. Didn't use much gas and actually put $10 in the tank to fill it back up to what it was when I got in. Finished returning it only to find that I was charged $25 for gas. I spoke to the woman working and she said she didn't know what to tell me. Will not be renting from here again.Amber B.

Renting a Uhaul was a new experience for me. My wife and I made a roundtrip to Tennessee to pick up some equipment. Everything went well, and the process for returning the van is reasonably straightforward as long as you are comfortable with your smartphone. I have no complaints.JOHN B.

When checking in to pick up trailer, the person working the counter simply pointed me to the back of the lot where the trailer was located and told me to stop by the office on my way out so that she could take a picture to validate that I hooked up the trailer correctly. No support was offered nor given to assist in attaching the trailer. Upon return, it was exactly the same, "go drop it where you picked it up and I will email you a receipt". This is very poor customer service on the part of Uhaul's dealer, very disappointing. We use Uhaul for all of our needs and will never use this location again.Leonard R.
Be more empathetic towards costumers because moving is extremely stressful enough without the added stress of people not knowing how to do their jobs. Not everyone's circumstances are the same and you guys should take that into accountability when doing your job or attempting to anyway. Not only should i be getting my deposit back! But I should also be getting reimbursed for the gas I wasted driving to ghost locations, my time and money because I paid people to help me move and I couldn't even get a truck. So when i finally got the truck I had no help and had to move my whole house with my sister. Which lead to shit tons of other problems.STEPHANIE W.

Madison was very professional and courteous. She explained the differences between two add-on programs ( insurance and roadside assistance) that was hard for me to understand. The place is always clean and tidy inside the office. Grounds were ok with some wet spots fro earlier rain which was right in front of my storage unit. This will be my place to get Uhauls I.
