Brett EIt was very easy to get on the road and the specific staff member that helped me will be the reason I recommend this location to anyone and everyone that I know that is moving. I will definitely come back to this location.
scott cWhen I turned the unit in the person typed in the wrong return mileage. I only drove it 19 miles but was charged for 819 miles. I was overcharged over $700. I still have not received an email from UHAUL stating I will be getting a refund. That is a lot a money for me. Someone needs to contact me about my refund!!!!!!!!!!

Jerome LThe return process on the app was unnecessarily difficult. Watched the video and knew what to expect but the process didn't go that way. The app never could find my location despite sharing it on my phone. Had to use the online site on a different phone. If you go back to a previous screen it doesn't save anything you do. The video said it would ask for certain photos in a certain order then the last thing would be to review your totals but instead the review came in the middle and then it asked for about 8 more photos. In all, it took more than 45 minutes in the cold and dark to return the truck. Make this more streamlined!

MARY JEverything went very smoothly except for one thing. I had requested a furniture dolly but was given a regular utility dolly instead. Ended up not being a problem for us this time, but could have really been an issue. Overall, very happy with my experience.
JEFF TThe van was very good and ran well. However I did notice a check engine / check oil light. Oil change etc. is probably needed soon.

Valerie HI put 2,5 gallons of gas in and they charged me a 4 gallon fee and the gauge they had marked on the receipt was not the level I returned it at I went 33 miles and googled that the truck got 10-12 miles per gallon

Jennifer RCheck in took a little longer than expected with the mobile option. Would have loved to have a more clear heads up that it could take up to a certain amount of time. Other than check in taking longer than expected, the mobile check in option was very convenient! Love the option to check in early but didn't know it was an option until we went to secure another truck for a later date.
Joshua PUhaul needs to supply this outlet with the stand so the customer or owner does not have the lift the entire weight of the trailer
Jim SThey charged me for gas when the tank was little more than 3/4. Before I left the lot I let the attendant know and she said ok I even took pictures before I left and then when I returned it I got charged for not putting it on full even though it wasn’t on full to begin with.

Christopher LThe website and app were being difficult during pick up and it took over 30 minutes to pick up. The check engine light came on while I was driving. When trying to return the truck there were 2 other people there that made it impossible to access the lot. I had to leave, wait like 30 minutes, then come back.

Donna SWe was hot the whole way ! Hot air was blowing in at floor bord . sweat was pouring even though air was on and ice cold. But was no match for hot burning air. My foot was burned . i have pictures. Worst experience ever. When we arrived at our destination my clothes were soaking wet with sweat. Thanks Krista Rice AKA Hot Foot

Aaron OThe truck stank. I don't know what was in it before or how to mitigate it but the stench was bad. The rental office was wonderful, very helpful. The app was terrible in my case. I reset my location setting and couldn't get the app to update so was unable to check van in myself. It was EXTREMELY frustrating. I've used this before, I don't recall having to enable location, it worked then.

She was rude, unprofessional, the place smelled like marijuana, and she asked me to bring the equipment back in the morning after 10am after I repeatedly asked to bring it back before close the same day. When bringing the equipment back in the morning as instructed. She told me I cost her store $50 bc I brought it back after 10am (as instructed). I was told the "just leave my store" after I apologized sincerely (for doing exactly what I was told to do). I will not be doing business here ever again and I'll be warning everyone in the area as well

Raymond GThe phone checkout did not work, kept saying my license has too much glare to be accepted, had to do the manual desk checkout anyway. Then I rented from 10-10 and got charged a wrong After Hours Service fee. I did return it early but should not have a fee for early return. Then the charges email says if issues email 46150_gm@uhaul.com if issues, went to email about extra charge and email is an invalid email that kicked back saying not a valid email account.
