Diane MThe lady and gentlemen at the front counter were courteous and helpful. It was easy to make an online reservation. My reservation was correct and the rental was ready when I arrived. There were some little pieces of rocks or something similar inside the truck that we didn't notice until we started loading our items into the truck. Returning the truck was easy experience. I would rent from this location again.

Janda RI was charged for another rental period because I passed 20 minutes the time scheduled. But it does not make any sense because I paid a rental price for 20 minutes more but I rent a car for 3 hours. If I could rent for 4 hours I wouldn't payed any charge more.

Frank INeeded a short time rental to move stuff and this worked out fine for that need Not sure if I’d u haul for a long distance though as the mile rate is high but for this it was just the job and compass were helpful and efficient

She made sure I had everything I needed, and corrected a typo I had with a request for moving mats. I had a great experience, and wish all of my moving experiences were like this one. They did an amazing job, if I need something in the future I will seek this location out. Top marks.

Kayone TThe website let me select features that were not available at the location. The driver door has to be slammed hard to latch. Most disappointed in the lack of ramp and dolly that I added to my request. Never communicated to me that it will not be accommodated.

Calob HMany, many issues at pick up and drop off with the uhaul website trying to complete the check in/check out process. Took 45 minutes to pick up and 45 minutes to return due to poor instructions for the pick up process and the uhaul website kept crashing while trying to return the truck.
Lauren SEmployee at the time of pick up was very professional and courteous. They also provided a lock with the rental to safely store my stuff overnight.

NICHOLAS CThe truck I reserved was not available so they upgraded me to a bigger truck which costed me over 300 in gas. Due to time constraints I had to take the bigger truck. In the future you should inform the customer about changes to their reservation in advance
ERNEST CThe self check out needs to be more user friendly, I did allow Uhaul to know my location and it still said it couldn't be found. That's after allowing it in settings and online. I stayed there 20 minutes and ended up taking a picture of the gages and leaving the key in the door.
STEPHANIE Dlocation was fine my first experience i reserved was at different location and was not called to be informed the truck i reserved was broke down i was so upset that nobody attemped to call me but i drove there and was told at pick up there no truck then i went to ss and beach and the found me a small 15 truck at compass i had do do multiple trips and wasted alot gas and mileage but good news is i got moved
