We were VERY disappointed there were no moving-dollys available. We were sent down the street to another uhaul but they didn't have any either.

Samuel SumlinBecause we dropped it off after hours we parked, did all of the photos and did the proper check-in, and had to leave the key in their door mail slot there was not a U-Haul identified place for us to leave the keys. That's the only thing I was nervous about. What I am extremely upset about is that right now get this invoice receipt saying that there's the $40 extra day I understand that I can pay although I would have been on time if I had not excepted, you were actually supposed free storage for 30 days I was so upset when I found out how far away it was from where we're going to be living it didn't make sense at all for us just to keep it so we drove 2 1/2 hours out of our way and then 2 1/2 hours back to where we're going to be living and had to pay $300 plus to get a Storage unit to put our stuff away. That's the only reason we were a day late not even the day we were only a few hours late, and we would've been had that happened the right way by this time of prosper, exhausted from the drive and all of the heavy, lifting on moving Then the $30 fuel service fee and this $30. 6 gallons of gas is not my responsibility. When we picked it up in Idaho, it was given to me at less than a quarter tank of gas. My husband even took photos then I took photos when I dropped it off at the exact amount of gas so I need you to refund me an additional $67,5 I'm not paying that, it's not fair. Things happen when you're moving things got a little later than we were hoping, but when we were sold on the free 30 day storage after we arrived in California we found out that was so far from where we're going to be living. It did not make sense for us to leave it there And I got three or four different calls saying that it was only applicable if we arrive and it's available that we might've had to pay for the storage anyway and every time we called it was a smaller storage unit than what was promised so we decided it wasn't worth the free promotion you guys are giving and we took our stuff to the town that we're going to be living closest to and we had to pay for two rentals we had to pay almost $300 for two different storage units Because of this mess even after we drove out of our way to the town I thought we were going to return it that it was nowhere near where we're going to be living and that's what I told the sales people every single time we talked and they said oh you're not confirmed nobody's ever confirmed, but if I didn't have the money and I really didn't have the money I had to borrow money it's wrong We moved often because of our jobs that we do this hopefully is our last one time I used Penske because they had a better price than you and I did not like them. I've always come back to U-Haul and if you look at our account you'll see my husband and I are dedicated and loyal U-Haul customers and we always bring the truck back clean and we always do what we can to communicate when we're not on time which happens a lot. I'm just really upset by the pick up Person The supposed sales call making us late and then trying to charge me for gas. renae strandbergThe place was closed, no one available, there is no sign that this is a U-Haul store or office, very confusing until I actually called U-Haul main phone line, no sign of drop off window, not inviting at all, if this is a third party contract they should abide under U-Haul professional standards.

Jerry NunezThe key drop area was nearly invincible, I didn't notice it until I was guided by customer service because I was looking for a drop box icon as shown in my instructions, it turned out it was just a slot by the door and dropped the keyonthefloor, i think it's not safe, a person can use a stick to grab the key and steal it.
Leonida ReeseYou could improve and help your customers by not charging your potential repetive customer. I shorten the use of the truck by two days and was still charged for the two days. Your company is closed on Sundays any ways and no one is able to rent a U-haul truck. In actuality, your company imposes on a current customer that may or may not come back to rent in the future. I was also told, I would still be charged for Monday, if I woud return the truck early in the morning, than was intially requested.

She did take $10 off but it still didn't cover the mistake. If we would've known we would've grabbed someone else to help us load and got it back since we are seniors on a tight budget.

DOUGLAS CHINNReturn was confusing because I was told that I had to use the U-haul account site and a bug in the site did not allow me to upload the requested photos of the mileage and fuel gauge. After spending 20 minutes trying 5 times to upload the photos, and failing twice to reach anyone by phone at 5:30 pm or receive a return call, I placed the keys in the mail slot. Please make sur the customer is aware that the truck can simple be dropped off without using the account OR fix the problem to allow uploading the photos requested.

KENNETH SIMSCheck your trucks and let people know what don't work , the pull out didn't work and we struggled putting heavy furniture, we ended up leaving our refrigerator cause it wouldn't go because of it not working. Inform customers.

Dan MatloffI ordered a 15' truck, U Haul could only provide a 10" truck, yet you had the gall to charge me the same price as the 15' truck. In addition I had to drive 29 miles to pick up the truck, in San Jacinto, when I had ordered the truck to be picked up in Calimesa. Would not recommend anyone deal with U Haul.

Guadalupe EstradaThis location was negligent in securing my rental. They allowed someone without the proper identification to receive my rental. They did not call the number that was on the contract (mine) to make sure who was receiving the rental. Thankfully they didn't use my card that was on file. They used one that was untraceable. They should make sure that all identification is checked before releasing any rentals. This was a big inconvenience for me. I hope that the truck was reported stolen and was retrieve.
tamela carmoucheThe roadside assistance section on the website does not work for iPhones!!!! I was left stranded on hold for 5 hours and missed all my appointments I needed to return the truck on time. This issue is very dangerous and irresponsible as there could have been a serious emergency and you make people wait for hours on hold. Fix this or I will not be using uhaul again and I will tell people that U-Haul uses shady practices to increase rental time and forcibly make you pay more. This was absolutely unacceptable and I hope this issue can be resolved so there will not be future liability on the part of your company. Roadside assistance is serious and customers need immediate access or immediate assistance through phone if the website is not built correctly. Someone could have been seriously injured or killed due to this negligence and I certainly hope it is addressed. Michelle at complete towing was wonderful and the customer service was excellent. Please fix your website.
BRANDON HARRISThe gas was marked incorrectly and unfortunately I didn't catch it. I drove 40 miles and it cost me $26 to replace the gas they said I used.. Obviously, you can see something is wrong here. Not pleased with whoever marked the mileage, they should be more careful.
