You could improve and help your customers by not charging your potential repetive customer. I shorten the use of the truck by two days and was still charged for the two days. Your company is closed on Sundays any ways and no one is able to rent a U-haul truck. In actuality, your company imposes on a current customer that may or may not come back to rent in the future. I was also told, I would still be charged for Monday, if I woud return the truck early in the morning, than was intially requested.Nina G.

We asked if we kept The truck one more day, What the charge would be. We were told $19.99. This was false, It was considerably more. She did take $10 off but it still didn't cover the mistake. If we would've known we would've grabbed someone else to help us load and got it back since we are seniors on a tight budget.Susann S.

Return was confusing because I was told that I had to use the U-haul account site and a bug in the site did not allow me to upload the requested photos of the mileage and fuel gauge. After spending 20 minutes trying 5 times to upload the photos, and failing twice to reach anyone by phone at 5:30 pm or receive a return call, I placed the keys in the mail slot. Please make sur the customer is aware that the truck can simple be dropped off without using the account OR fix the problem to allow uploading the photos requested.ALVIN G.

Check your trucks and let people know what don't work , the pull out didn't work and we struggled putting heavy furniture, we ended up leaving our refrigerator cause it wouldn't go because of it not working. Inform customers.JOHN B.

I ordered a 15' truck, U Haul could only provide a 10" truck, yet you had the gall to charge me the same price as the 15' truck. In addition I had to drive 29 miles to pick up the truck, in San Jacinto, when I had ordered the truck to be picked up in Calimesa. Would not recommend anyone deal with U Haul.BILLY L.

This location was negligent in securing my rental. They allowed someone without the proper identification to receive my rental. They did not call the number that was on the contract (mine) to make sure who was receiving the rental. Thankfully they didn't use my card that was on file. They used one that was untraceable. They should make sure that all identification is checked before releasing any rentals. This was a big inconvenience for me. I hope that the truck was reported stolen and was retrieve.tamela C.

The roadside assistance section on the website does not work for iPhones!!!! I was left stranded on hold for 5 hours and missed all my appointments I needed to return the truck on time. This issue is very dangerous and irresponsible as there could have been a serious emergency and you make people wait for hours on hold. Fix this or I will not be using uhaul again and I will tell people that U-Haul uses shady practices to increase rental time and forcibly make you pay more. This was absolutely unacceptable and I hope this issue can be resolved so there will not be future liability on the part of your company. Roadside assistance is serious and customers need immediate access or immediate assistance through phone if the website is not built correctly. Someone could have been seriously injured or killed due to this negligence and I certainly hope it is addressed. Michelle at complete towing was wonderful and the customer service was excellent. The gas was marked incorrectly and unfortunately I didn't catch it. I drove 40 miles and it cost me $26 to replace the gas they said I used.. Obviously, you can see something is wrong here. Not pleased with whoever marked the mileage, they should be more careful.DEBORAH H.

I ordered my truck online from Socal Hay and Grain Uhaul on Inez St in Hemet Ca. When I arrived to this location my truck was not there nor a reservation I had made online. I was told they did not have any reservations for me, so the lady called another location on 1398 State St in San Jacinto Ca called Complete Towing and Recovery where they somehow had all my reservation info. I ended up driving to that location wondering how and why my pick up location was changed without letting me know. So the man at this new location stated sometimes that happens but couldn't really give me a better explanation. But he did confirm I ordered a dolly with the truck that was available, but not the furniture pads I ordered. So he mentioned that when when I get to the drop off location in Los Angeles I can get reimbursed for that. Well I left that location with my truck and arrived to my destination to pick up my moving furniture and I noticed there was no ramp on the truck or a dolly to move all my belongings! Im very upset and dissatisfied with the whole situation. I was not able to move all my furniture because no dolly was provided or a ramp I had paid for. This has been very inconvenient and time consuming for me. I would like my whole refund or get comped for next week sat when I have to move the rest of my belongings. This is unacceptable and bad customer service. I would like a manager to please call me back ASAP. Merci.Jeanette R.

Truck was full of dirt and i was moving a couch. I glad it was trap or my couch would have been dirty. Next time I know to inspect the truck the truck from this location I have never had a dirty truck before.WILLIETTA C.
No one told me a price or gave me any information untill I was picking up the equipment. Had to pickup the auto transport and add over 100 miles to an already long move. When I paid for the truck was informed everything was covered. Never asked about insurance and added$70 insurance policy. Then when I got to the other uhaul I am informed I owe another $325 and asked about insurance and got the $40 dollar insurance policy because I had no idea about the previous $70 policy. No one ever gave me a quote no matter how many times I asked.SHAWN H.

I was charged for safe mover $14,99 on the final billing after I dropped off the uhaul when I specifically chose online not to have it, and declined insurance. I was pretty bummed to be charged that additional fee. I would like to reimbursed that amount. But the customer service at the uhaul pick up location was amazing.Jamie B.
