I won’t be renting again from u haul. This location was great and saved me. His service was excellent. What happend prior to this is why I won’t return. I was suppose to pick up at your Madison TN service center. I showed up in a 45ft motorhome and the rep met me T the door and told me I wouldn’t be renting there because the computers were down. They wouldn’t do anything to help me solve the problem. Told me they wouldn’t even use their cell phone to call and find me another location. I called the closest location and she told me that I couldn’t rent a tow dolly not because they didn’t have one but because they wanted to rent a car trailer for advertising. I questioned and was hung up on. I located this location 20 miles away. Keep in mind I am driving a 45ft motorhome and then I have to come back and get my car. No thanks!!!! I am done

When we got to drop off location, they were closed. Ok, so here goes another 1.5 waisted trying to get a hold of someone to let us in the gate to drop off the truck. BAD BUSINESS AGAIN!! DO NOT USE UHAUL, THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPENTENT !!!

The truck was in good shape, but the cab could have been cleaner. There was dropped food and the center console had remnants of someone’s drink.

We were redirected to a new location AFTER we arrived at the designated pick up location. The previous user of the truck we were picking up had not returned the truck yet. Personnel at both locations were super nice, and it was not their fault. But it did cost us additional time.

Make sure the gas gauge is working properly so ya don't over-fill gas tank by accident with more gas than ya left with!

The e-mails had no indication we would need a gate code to enter the premises. No indication we would need to go through the verification process to get said gate code. After sitting about 10 minutes and not getting a call back we decided to go through the verification and finally were inside the gate. We found the van and the instructions said the keys were inside the trailer locked with a word key padlock. They did not provide the actual WORD we needed to unlock the padlock! We had to call Uhaul and after quite sometime and after they made some calls they found the password. When it was all said and done it took AN HOUR to get keys and to drive off with the van. Please be more thorough with your information. We should not have had to call Uhaul but thankfully a rep named Caroline saved the day when Compton's storage failed us.

The worst service ever! Not only was I over charged for supplies I didn't ask for the representative didn't give me the access code to the gate! I will not allow Uhaul to overcharge me or anyone else!!!!! Bad business. Also, Mark Anderson the regional manager is rude and unprofessional!

I took the trailer back on a Monday. Was told I could just call and get a gate code from u haul upon arrival. I called and they had no gate code. After 2 hours was directed to another uhaul, I was a mile down the road and they finally received code. I got the gate open, it immediately closed and almost hit my truck. I will never use this location again.

I booked the location for Ultimate Storage in Antioch 2 days prior. I was contacted 10 mins prior to arrival that the location had been changed due to unavailability. The new location didn’t have the couch covers I purchased but provided with furniture moving cloths. I appreciated it, but I was moving a brand new couch and didn’t want to get it dirty. The updated location was great. But i would still definitely appreciate some compensation for my inconvenience and at least a refund for the plastic sofa covers.

Easiest and best experience ever!!! Called and asked for info on the U-Haul. Drove right over and rented one in less than 30 minutes! Trip went very smoothly. Easy to drive truck, with great gas mileage. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Love the fact that there were so many drop off places in one city. One was just a half mile from us!

Wow! U-Haul is really stepping up! The manager at this location was super helpful, took the time, and was a quality service type person. The location was clean, well-maintained, and professional. Because of the service from this location, I will only consider U-Haul for my next truck rental needs.

Truck was not checked with my tow dolly to make sure it worked. The truck at electrical problems that didn’t work with dolly. We had to go to a mechanic to fix problem. When I mentioned to site manager that the delay is going to make me miss 2 appointments and cost me $200 in moving cost for my mover. Site manager at the the storage unit said “ not to be rude,it’s just a side business, it’s my day off I am not even suppose to be here.” I explained I wanted to be compensated for my time. He said he would tell area field manager Mark Jones. Not only did Mark Jones not call me, I call him and asked for a return call and have yet to receive one. Definitely doesn’t care about customers time or money.
