The lock was unbelievablely hard to open and took me over 30 minutes to get open even with the right combination. Tried to call uhaul and never got a response. Truck was disgusting and had sticking stuff all inside of it everywhere. Also there was ants crawling all over me too. I even got my truck stuck and tried to get uhaul roadglide assistance and with over an hour wait time...no response or answer ðŸ¤·ðŸ½â€â™‚ï¸. Just overall not a good experience. Will go with another company next time for sure.Donnel S.
Absolutely the best uhaul experience I have ever had, hands down. Brandon M. gave excellent customer service above and beyond expectations. I have already spoken to friends and family about the positivity of this experience in just the past few hours. This location is the absolute worst. It advertises as being 24/7, and it is not. Also they do not answer their phone during normal business hours. This experience makes me never want to rent from uhaul again.SARAH N.

i did my reservation on line, it was very hard trying to return the truck, i tried to upload the picture with the adometer and fuel and it would not take it was frustraing. i finally just gave up after 1 and 1/2 hour. hated this experience , with this location, have done other locations with No problem at allMARIA I.

Just know, you have to return equipment during their 'open' hours, no pin to enter gate available for 24/7 returns. Otherwise, nice facility and helpful staff.DAVID O.

I dropped the truck off after hours and it was not possible to get the truck into their location as the app instructed as the gate was shut and locked. Another truck was parked in a supermarket lot across the street so I left it there. There was no drop box for the key so I had to climb over the fence an put the keys through the office letterbox.Daniel K.

No one tells you a pin is required to drop off nor is there a pin given for drop off during non business hours. Start using a temporary pin for customer's useDRAMARA C.
I woke up to a call that our 10' truck that we reserved was not available, so they were going to change it to a 15' truck at the same rate. No problem. But when we arrived, we were very RUDELY told that our reservation time was 10 am and we missed it, even though our reservation was for noon (I had the confirmation stating noon) and that we couldn't get a truck. Then we were told we could only have the truck for 2 hours, even though my reservation was for 4 hours. After showing all of my email confirmations and the voicemail I received about our truck size being changed for the same price, the extremely rude and argumentative man allowed us to get a truck.BRADLEY S.

The people at the drop off were helpful but I would complain that my return location was very far from my home and thus caused me to go over my mileage at my charge It took me 30 minutes to get there and passed several return spots along the wayWILLIAM T.
This was the worst experience i have in my life with this unlogical mental people i treat with There is some of u haul employer need to get fired cause they have unlogical mental treatment First person was lady worked at 1060 SE tater peeler road lebanon tn 37090 on june 2 2021 who refuse to drop off truck due hasnt enogh spot but there were 2 spots empty and she send me another location which far 20 minutes far thats cause havent ride because my ride had to leave me to go work and when i called customer service they hold me for over 30 mintes and send me back to nashville for another location located 30 mintes far of my home and his name is jermey these people need to work another pisitions not for fix problems finally i hope you can look at to these people cause they represnt the companyTAWFIEK T.

This location had nothing to do with it. U-Haul had me running all over town trying to find the truck I reserved. Not only did the first place not have it, but the second place couldn't accept cards so then I had to drive all over town trying to find an ATM to pull out hundreds in cash. Finally they sent me to ANOTHER location to pick up my two dolly. How hard is it to have everything at the location it's supposed to be at, and on time?Calvin H.
