Cam CI found it odd to be renting out of a computer store rather than a U-haul location but the guy was super friendly and helpful and quick. Great experience!
Crystal RI didn't know that there was a U-Haul location at Computer Depot in North Vancouver. When I finally got there, the tire on the van that I booked had a flat tire. I booked it for an 11 am pickup, and it wasn't ready until 3 pm. We were moving from one condo building to another, and you have to book and pay for the elevator out and then into the new one. Missing 4 hours of the day royally screwed us up. The guy at Computer Depot didn't seem to know what to do. I think that you can tell that I am not happy at all, and I expect something to be done as I should not have to pay anything at all for this rental. Ewen JI uploaded personal information to your website at the time of reservation. At rental location I was told my information needed to be done. We made three more attempts and finally it was done manually. (1)So where did my personal information go? (2) How secure is it? and (3) why is your site so useless at this most important aspect of the rental transaction? Your lawyers will tell you that you are treading a fine line here.
