I normally would not go to this location - I had to drive across town to pick up the trailer. It was a simple process getting set up even though it was located in a gas station.Scot H.
So after I got the car loaded that I needed to I noticed the trailer brakes on the auto transport was not working .. so I used my truck to slow down my truck with the auto transport and the car I was hauling . I am very dis satisfied with this service because of this I need to get new brakes on my pickup and luckily I wasn't hurt .. every time I was going down the steep grades my truck was shaking due to all the weight it was trying to stop sKamereon W.
I left my personal 2 wheel dolly in the trailer and the employee at this location went out of his way to help me recover it after the trailer had been rented to someone else. I didn't get his name, but he should be commended for his excellent customer service!Jay J.
Store personnel didn't offer receipt upon my return of truck. He said an electronic receipt would be sent to my email shortly. I received the receipt the next day with an additional day charged to my account. I would not recommend using this pick-up/drop-off location. He probably thought I wouldn't notice the extra charge because it was a direct payment from my card on file.Jennifer F.

The confirmation from U-Haul was for a different location on Federal Blvd. When I got there, after waiting about 10 minutes, i was sent to this location, which delayed our trip. The cab was clean, but the windshield was completely covered with bugs. The transmission was very difficult to shift out of Park. The radio didn't work. the windshield wipers didn't work. The system was down and it took a while to get the paperwork and keys. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. If it wasn't the only truck the location had, I would have returned it.CHRISTOPHER JOHN C.

This was the first time using this uhaul location I normally use the one west Alameda. I was very disappointed with this location the customer service was sad, the first truck they gave me was dirty, the second one I had to sweep out the back of the truck, lots of dog hair under the driver seat. Packed the truck then it would not start a passer by helped me because the uhaul road side service is a hassle to reach.Mary M.

The hood wouldn't open. There was no windshield wiper fluid. I could not fill the wiper fluid. The weather was terrible. It was a terrible experience.MARK C.
I'm sorry but have to give this a 2 star. The pick up experience was pretty good, the vehicle itself was pretty good. But I was charged 25 dollars for a clean up fee when I notified (and showed with a picture) that the cabin was dirty when I picked it up. Did I make it dirtier during my travel? Pretty hard to tell what was from me and what was already there since it came dirty.Patrick B.

I have rented many Uhaul trucks and vans this year. While there was nothing specifically "wrong" with the experience, it wasn't the best I've had. The photos on the app from the previous customer were very blurry and I was worried that damage they may have caused wasn't well documented. The cabin of the van was tidy, but the rear of the van was somewhat dusty and dirty. The van was also much older than many others, and had a hard transition when shifting.christopher D L.

Better customer service would be nice at this place. I was expected to load my own dollies onto the truck until I asked about it then the employee finally said he would do it. I have bad arthritis and could not have done it. The location was poorly staffed. Since it serves as a gas station also, the employee had to attend to customers coming into the store to purchase items, taking service and attention from me.Patricia F.

Was rented a uhaul with blown tire. In flat ground everything looked up to par and could not tell due to the weight being offset by the dualey (second tire beside). Noticed it when uhaul was on a slant. Paid for insurance and was charged nearly 200 for this old blown out tire that was not my fault. I lived and shared a property line with this uhaul Facility for 3 years, and even helped to build back our fence when it was hit by a uhaul backing in several years back. I refuse to pay for something that was not my fault. I contacted uhaul customer service and spoke with Ruth Carman who was as nice as could be, and helped to process my claim. She extended the uhaul facility managers number to me so that I could contact him. When I reached out to David R (720 251 9429) he was very disrespectful, did not give me the time of day, said he couldn't help me because he was busy and that he would give me a call back. I still have not heard back from David. I go out of my wag to use this facility to help out the small gas station I once lived connected to, and my girlfriend and I have rented from this facility multiple times (even once last month). I'm disappointed in the way I have been treated and have been blown off by the supervisor. The clerk at the counter said that everything would be fine and that I was not at fault, then I woke up several hours later to MUCH more additional money than expected being subtracted from my bank. I'd also like to add that I purchased the insurance plan as suggested by the uhaul attendant. Please make this right.WILLIAM T.

UHaul needs to do a better job quoting estimated price. My quote was half of what I was charged because the quote did not account for tax and mileage fees. The location itself was perfectly fine, can't say I am impressed with UHaul though, considering they moved my van pick up location further away which in turn charged me more on the mileage.Ian M.
Uhaul is great until you need to make modifications to your reservation. While waiting on hold the message states you can make all modifications online, but that is not true. I needed to change the drop spot for the truck and location for storage, but was unable to complete either on the app. After a 30 minute wait and 20 minutes of speaking with an agent I was finally able to complete the required changes. The technology is great but that long of a good time will force me to evaluate other options in the future.Michael M.
The employee who assisted me at the federal blvd location was great, however, he was the only one. Every other employee that helped me was rude, and didn't know what they were doing. My reservation was recorded wrong, and there seemed to be no communication between staff members. I will never move with U-Haul again.megan C.
