I was charged a "quoted price" of 2 days use and 450 miles. Then after returning the truck after 1 day and approximately 250 miles I was told I would still be charged the full quoted price and no refunds were given for unused miles. If this is the case then it shouldn't be called a "quoted" price and customers should not be led to believe they can get money back if they don't need the truck as long as they anticipated. The worker was rude and not at all helpful. After this experience I will never use u-haul again.
Andrew MNo issues picking up the truck, equipment was as expected, instructions fully explained. After getting on the trip, the check engine light came on but was able finish the trip with no engine issues.

CLAYTON STruck wouldn't go faster than 75 mph which caused me to get stuck with a big rig next to me on a downhill and a truck behind me with a slow hauler also next to me and I couldn't get out of their way. It was very frightening and I'm so grateful there wasn't an accident

mitchell DIt was closed when we got there but the address led us to the middle of a neighborhood a couple miles away. It was hard to find. My husband dropped off another trailer the other day and said it was the sketchy uhaul he's ever seen

Joseph WFirst he gave the 26' truck I had reserved away right before I came. Admitted he made a mistake and told me he would give me the 20' truck and a 6x12 trailer for the same price. Then after I returned everything the same day, he charged me an extra $60 for the trailer

Adam SCall ahead of time to make sure pick-up location has your truck, reserved 26' truck 5 weeks in advance, received confirmation. Three days before move, called to double check, truck already reserved by someone else 6 months earlier. U-Haul reservation line informed me my location (NAPA/Salyersville, Ky.) only receives one 26' truck. Crazy! What good is a confirmation? Just beware. Closest location with truck one hour away, one way. So 2 additional hours to my 3-hour move, plus additional gas. The Louisa, Ky. location/owner was great, gave me extra miles (new location exceeded allowed mileage).
