Josephine GLocation & vehicle were great. What was not great was that I didn't get a phone call the evening before pickup, as the email indicated that I would & my app didn't update. So when I went to pick up my truck, there was no option in the app for "pick up my truck". It just showed the reservation. After 40 minutes of messing around between the U-Haul website, app & googling various help sites, I finally found a work around & got the code to get my key. This part of the experience was crap. Of course it was on a Saturday, so no help to be had from a live person.

Cynthia MThe only that was discouraging was the internet connection. It took over 30 minutes to use the app to get the passcode to access the key. Also, when I ordered the truck, I added a 2 wheel dolly cart and that was not in the truck. It was on my original order.
Steve BGet a Wifi Hotspot for the 24/7 customers. The cell service is bad, don't know if it is the metal buildings or power lines-took almost 45 mins to check out. Tried 3 different phones and carriers.

Delia MUnfortunately this was the second consecutive time the alphabetical padlock on the truck to access appliance dolly caused problems. Last November, the lock was frozen shut and I had to go purchase spray to unlock. Yesterday, the same issue occurred. This time the combination "DALY" did not work. The UHaul agent was helpful and even thought to try the previous combination just in case it hadn't been reset. The locks barely fit and attempts to "re-enter" the combination is consistently frustrating. Agent was able to provision an alternative truck but unfortunately I had to complete the move without the use of the appliance dolly. Team at Conway Storage is terrific. This is simply a bad solution desperately in need of something better.

Ciara HSkip online check- in. Definitely a huge hassle. Thank god we went during normal business hours or we would not have gotten our truck. The verification call couldn't be understood as there was a screaming baby in the background. After verification there was no instruction on how to retrieve our key for the truck. We had to go inside and wait for a live person to help. Put us an hour behind schedule.

BRYAN Dthis is the hardest online check in I have ever used. It totally sucks. It is slow,, and would not continue my pick up request properly. You definitely need to make it easier to work with. Right now the website totally SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Robert VThe interior light on the truck did not work unless manually turned on. We picked up the truck in the dark and had a heck of a time seeing anything. Also feel I was overcharged for gas. Should have been about $60 and ended up paying almost $90.

GARY JSo they did an inspection on the truck before we rented it and found that one of the tires was flat. Donny took care of it right away got new tires on it and gave me an extra day to drop it off. He did amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone and if I need another Uhaul I will get it from them.

Jess JThe 26 foot truck we rented was swept out but the floor was filthy, needed to be powerwashed or something. Because of it the floor of our house got dirt tracked in. What did the previous customer haul, shrubbery?? Also, they had zero pads available, had to go to 2 different locations to get pads and another location for the car trailer.
