Marjorie UI wasn't able to use the web based check in. The app was unable to find my location. This was after I changed my settings to allow the app access. It was very frustrating.

The person who answered the phone (Mike) was rude and clueless, and the location had a bum sleeping on the couch when I arrived. If you're gonna charge that much, than I'd like the human experience. Never again will I use this service, nor your location. 0 out of 10 .

cheryl hI thought the pick up and drop off through the app worked very well. The process was easy and seamless. I think it would be helpful to have the photos that I took somehow sent to my cell phone or on my account. I took photo of dashboard at pick up that showed the gas gauge, but didn't take one myself for my records...then I wasn't sure how much gas was in it before, so had to go by memory. if I could have seen the photos from when I picked up, it would have helped. Other than that, thank you as you helped us move a lot of things for a reasonable price.
MARK AI was promised to have my truck and trailer on the same location. Had to drive another hour to get my truck in South Portland. I was very unhappy about that!!!
Elsbeth BHave the utility cart as requested on my order. The breaks need to be oiled or someone should replace the break pads.
Mara DThe process to check in virtually took 28 minutes of my 4 hour allotted time. The parking lot was too small, no parking spots so I had to hover in the handicap spot, and the check in process was frustrating and time consuming.
Gable SI like the one on Cressy Rd. There's more rental stuff there. This one was more storage.
