1) This issue is not with respect to this location, but the reservation system as a whole. I reserved a specific type of truck, and only realized that hours before my reservation was changed to a place that was over an hour drive from where I intended to pick-up the truck, which required me to scramble with 1-800 numbers to find a different type of truck and a new pick-up location. 2) When arriving at the office, there was one person at this location working. The office also had a slow internet connection. These two things combined caused me to be in line for about an hour, and I was only behind one person when I arrived at the office. When I left there were 8-9 different people waiting in line. 3) There was almost a major issue with the trucks, Uhall double booked the type of truck I requested from this location. Thankfully another renter returned his uhall while I was in line, or me and another patron who was 3 people behind me in line were going to be "duking it out" for the same truck.

AJ was Amazing! I was there on the Saturday of Labor day weekend which was also the last day of August and College move-ins. MANY people renting Uhauls (It did not occur to me about the timing) Anyway he had so many customers yet he made us all feel like we were the only one. He was answering the phone, handing out keys, explaining the rental rules and assisting with hitches and he was cool as could be, frankly if it was me I would have been pulling out my hair. YES, I give him a 10 on customer service

The original pickup location was 30 min away and the final pickup location was 1 hr 5 min away. You need to have a way of knowing renters location so you can assign closer pickup locations when you need to make last minute changes.

Truck wasn't ready and I had to drive a bigger truck which worked out okay. The only thing that was unsettling was that If I didn't take this truck, there was no other truck available. I made reservations and paid two weeks prior to this. I had all my stuff out on my driveway and would have had a real problem if I could not have gotten a truck. I found out that morning 1 hour prior to my pickup when I called.

The truck was fine, but I did not receive the furniture pads I requested with my order. I was still charged for them. I have reached out through multiple avenues to rectify this charge. No one has responded.

Brand-new clean and fresh truck at a convenient location with knowledgeable staff. The only minus was the UHaul website was down/slow that morning -- not the fault of the UHaul dealer, but delayed our rental by almost an hour. The national chain needs to invest in a more resilient computer system.
