The size truck I needed was not available initially but was at a location 15 min away. I was offered the rental at he other dealer but Corkys is only 200 yards from my house so I kept the larger truck there. Courteous and professional service.

Jimmie TOur reservation we had changed and the new pick up place the guy was not there, he was at home with his newborn so it put us an hour behind not to mention we had a newborn ourselves in our back seat. It really ruined our whole day moving 6 hours away and became a very stressful trip. I asked over and over to make sure someone would be there. It's very selfish of him to rent uhuals and not be available for rentals, life goes on and we all have jobs, kids and a life to maintain.

Wayne WThe customer service people who are remote or not aware of what the local store has on site. People at the 800 NUMBER insisted that the man had an appliance dolly but he did not. The person at the site knows what they have there.

Thomas FSomeone needs to be at the location to verify drop off, we feel. I told U Haul customer service that trailer was dropped but no one was around during business hours. All calls went to voice mail and even texted owner and no one responded. Documented this with U Haul customer service.

Kim WI don't understand why I have to do the paperwork myself, this online thing is not what people want. I didn't know why I have to do your vendors job by filling everything out while he watched me! Didn't know I now had a job at Uhaul...... the people at Corkys were great, truck was clean.

Amber PI tried to rent from Adam's U Haul place in Blackshear but he didn't have the 26 foot truck in the yard. The place down the road did however so I set it up with them. Then they couldn't rent to me because my license was an out-of-state license because I had just moved here. Bill saved the day and even cut me a better deal. Very nice, very friendly, and very professional. If I need a truck in the future, I will go see Mr. Bill again! You have a gem in him!

JONATHAN ONo negative attitude. The web site and paper I signed had mileage at 0,79 a mile, statement after rental and what I was charged was .99, not thrilled by that.

John TTruck was a newer model and the seating was very comfortable for our long ride. I would say for all dealers to look at the way Wright Way Fuel is run and treats there customers. They go the extra mile in customer satisfaction. They get a 10 in my book....! Corkys is also an excellent location and the owner is very nice and always helpful. You have 2 great dealers in these locations.
