I would not recommend because l was charged extra because of the distance it was from my city. Uhaul sent me there to pick up!

The young lady had to make a phone call but was back with me in less than a minute. I had my grandson with me and he said, "you said this would take a while Grand-pa. We were in and out in less than 2 minutes, Super nice lady at the drop off.

Customer service charged my card for an extra $598 , we paid $130 upon renting on the 23rd and returned key with right amount of fuel on the 24th. They went into my bank account and left my wife and I in a really bad situation over this weekend, with my other bills being kicked out. With and overdraft, Why did you take our money, when the corner store had the keys on the 24th?????? We paid $130 for one day, and that's what we did, by returning it the next day. Now we got to except someone else mistake, and just wait on Manager within 72hrs on business days. That's CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!

Difficult to return the trailer. Much time waiting and I had to basically do the drop off myself with no reassurance the trailer had been properly returned.

We will NEVER recommend any one to Haul again. I reserved a uhual on line to be picked up in Oxford Ms. Then the day before I was told that we had to drive 50 miles (1hr and 20 min) out of our way to get the trailer. This added 3 hours to a 14 hour trip. SOOO disappointed in the way U-haul does business. I can thing of several different ways this could be handled that would have not been disappointing. BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS. I will be sure to TELL EVERYONE HOW BAD the business is. The $50 measles dollars we were given to compensate us barely covered the gas to go get the U-haul. We weren't compensated for the extra three hours and no one really cared that our trip was extended to a 17 hour drive.

Have someone on site ! Reserved online got to site didn't know bout rental... also charged for extras that never received from uhaul... first and last experience with Uhaul...great idea poor management
