Jessica is amazing- friendly, helpful, very professional. She personally checks equipment as SHE hooks it up to our vehicle- does the lifting and manuring of trailers. A very caring individual!!! Highly recommend her!!
Larry C.My original UHAUL was canceled 2 days prior to pickup. One was found in another city almost an hour from me. It was hard on a Thursday morning to find a ride to pick it up. Once getting to the location, I was promised a larger truck for the inconvenience. It was only a 10 ft truck. I moved 9 hours across the state of Texas having to leave some of my belongings behind to now have to go back to get before my lease expires in June. I would've made proper accommodations had I not been promised a larger truck on pickup. Moving is already stressful enough. I didn't move across town, I moved 9 hours away. I'm sure you can only imagine what the cost of this truck & fuel on a holiday weekend was. I definitely do not feel I received my money's worth, nor what I was promised. I was simply told by your operator “Don't move in May.â€
