I turned in the truck 35 hours ago at this location ... two days early ... and I still have not received my check-in confirmation or final drop-off documentation from this location. My check-in was accomplished on the telephone with U-Haul Customer Service because neither my U-Haul app not the website were functioning properly.

Nothing needs improving. Quick check-in and professional hook-up with explicit instructions for returning after hours. Third time using this location in a month as kids went back to college...all three experiences were exceptional!

Super smooth. Everyone was friendly and had a smile. Zero complaints. In fact, the whole transaction was quite pleasant.

They were very helpful, hooking up trailer and checked all lights. When lights were not working, determined it was our car, found a blown fuse and replaced it. We were impressed with the care they gave us.

They changed my drop off.to a couple miles away and charged me hundreds if dollars for no reason.

When picking up the trailer I asked about the condition of the tires since these trailers stand a lot. I also asked what the recommended tire pressure must be, and they did not know. I ended up losing a tire on the freeway and had to wait 4,5 hours next to the road for assistance.

My only complaint is that the van had 3/4 tank of gas. The attendant told me that if I brought it back with 1/2 tank I was good and would not be charged for gas. I did that and was charged $33 for gas after I turned in the van. I think that should be refunded. Other than that everything was great.
