Gentlemen was very nice and professional. Helpful when hooking up trailer. We needed at spur of moment and they were able to accommodate. All the others we called we were given a voice mail or were closed.Martha C.

I received no help putting on or taking off the trailer. The employees didn't seem to know anything about the process of renting equipment. I wanted to use a smaller location to rent from to help out a small business but that backfired. I've rented equipment multiple times over the years and have never been this dissatisfied with uhaul. Theres no reason for me to have to hook up or take off the trailer. I will think twice before I use uhaul again. I just want to say I don't generally reply back for surveys but iam really unhappy with the service I received.Chris M.

I didn't have much interaction here, as it was as simple as dropping off the keys. The staff here was friendly, and the parking lot was easy to navigate for drop off. I was very happy to find a drop off location that was very easy.Nicki S.

Staff not familiar with equipment or process. Even though we had submitted all information electronically, it still took 40 minutes to rent the cargo trailer as staff had to ring up liquor sales. Also staff didn't know how to hookup the trailer so we had to look the directions up ourselves online.Donald R.

Didn't notice that the passenger side windshield wiper was bent, and the appliance dolly didn't have bearings or rollers on the left side. (You couldn't see this upon visual inspection, but after it cut into the carpet on the stairs, it was pretty easy to see.) The truck was great, and the vehicle hauling trailer was also great. My problem wasn't the service. I was told mileage was a factor in the cost and if I didn't go over the estimated mileage and additional things. That it may not cost the entire 199 , that the price was estimated. I never received an Invoice to see exact miles expected versus the actual miles. I am concerned that hiding that crucial piece of information is very important to all consumers that doesn't want to be cheated. I am not saying the service was a problem just the giving the truck back the dealer mention that I bright it to the wrong place because the be system was a problem which made me late to work.andre M.

Check engine light came on after about 20 miles which seemed to make the truck use more fuel, after I returned it I wasn't refunded for the extra fuel the truck consumed went a total of 65miles and it used about a half tankCarter C.

After paying over 700 $the maintenance on the truck was not keep up and do to this my 10 hour drive turned into 21 hours because I had to keep pulling over to put air in the trucks tires! The phone number to the location was not a working number 618-254-1357 busy signal always. I was charged 214 $for a uhaul truck n a liquor store after the town I was going to didnt have the size truck I needed, they then relocated me to the liquor store location in a surrounding town. I had kiddos and no comp was giving for my inconvenience. I will be contacting the managertamika S.
