Suggest that you allow customer to read policy prior to signing. Wasn't aware of insurance and wasn't asked. I have my own which would have covered any damage.

Make sure you make a note of the mileage before the customer leaves. That was not done when I left, and had not been updated since the last customer. Causing my mileage to be inaccurate. Thankfully, I noted the mileage so I was able to pay the correct amount. Had I not noted the mileage when I got in the van, I would've had to pay double!! I only went 12 miles! To the dump and back.

Did not receive any of the equipment I purchased. No furniture dolly, no hand truck, no moving blankets. The van was severely misaligned and I had to turn the wheel 45 degrees to the left to make it drive straight.

I had a Uhual manager call me letting me know my reservation drop off location would not take my truck anymore. I needed to drive from SF to Oakland to return my truck. Told me “store the truck somewhere and maybe tomorrow they will except your truckâ€. Absolutely unacceptable. I will make sure to be having all my friends and family to be using another service. The manager could not be more rude to work with. She made the experience 10 times worse. I have already made sure my family will not be using Uhual in the future.
