Picking up this tow dolly was nothing but infuriating. I was sent down the street from an officially branded retail location to the Ace Hardware store to get it, no one at the store knew what they were doing during the rental process or how to use it. The only reason we felt at all confident was because we went back to the original UHaul location and got some help from UHaul staff. As it turns out, there was something wrong with the dolly itself and a tire had to be replaced. The fact that Ace Hardware was involved in this process at all was truly maddening and genuinely dangerous. I will never use UHaul again and I will encourage others to do likewise.
