My husband and I rented a small unit. Shortly after, my husband was detained from working due to complications from a surgery. Country Club Storage worked with us for a year when we were able to pay off the balance due. They were always so nice and so willing to help. I now live 30 minutes away from El Reno, but if I ever need a storage unit, I'll not blink an eye about renting from them again. Thank y'all again for working with us, we appreciate you so very much! And Lisa, I'll miss hearing your voice each week!

It took almost an hour to get it rented, a lot of technical difficulties I suppose but the lady was very nice and helpful

If the location doesn't allow you to drop off at a closer location, they are not Uhaul. I had to pay 17 miles of returning it when I could've returned it 1 Mile. Not happy. You aren't Uhaul. The truck was crappy had busted pieces and barely had any get up.

My belongings have been in storage for 4 years now. The mice have eaten through electrical wires and my fabrics. The amount of dust, and poop droppings was disgusting. The staff is very helpful, and always pleasant.

Great experience decent price not much more with this location but the other location in Elreno okla is very rude they need to learn how to be more polite to customers

Not a good experience so far and I have not been able to move anything in. I called 3 times trying to rent a unit. The first 2 times I called was told I had the wrong number because I was trying to rent from 81 storage. I finally drove up to 81 storage but there is no office on site but confirmed from the sign I was calling the correct phone number. 3rd call I told the guy I was at 81 storage and he said he didn't know anything about 81 and told me to go into the office- which there isn't one! The only way I could talk to anyone was to make a reservation and someone would call me back, which no one has called yet and I have not been able to move anything yet and I've been trying for a week!

I rented a 15' truck for $29,99 which is supposed to be an all day price. However, I picked the truck up around 9:45 am and was asked if I could have the truck back by 1pm. I didn't think it was that big of a deal since I'm supposed to have the truck for 24 hours. Anyway, I returned the truck at 1:50 pm and the girl told me I was being charged for extra time. What the fuck. How do you get charged for extra time on a 24 hour rental when you only had the truck for 4 hours. The girl at the desk couldn't explain the charges. Nonetheless, my "extra time" cost me an extra $50. Good scam you all run though! '

Jeremy and his staff were extremely helpful in getting our storage units for us this Summer. They accommodated our education program with our needs, and made our move into our 5 storages a success. I have 2 other storage units that I rent from there, cool storages. The building these storages are in are cool storage units, and kept cool, and they hallways are clean. I don't have any problems with insects, or spiders. Overall experience is Excellent.

I have had the storage since 2012. I have never had any issues so over the years everyone has always been pleasant and helpful.

As far as the location and equipment everything was good. I am highly disappointed in the handling of my bank card information during the checking in process on location my ID was returned to me but my error I should have verified my bank card was returned. Unfortunately it was not and the attending clerk did not call me to tell me that my card was still in her possession and then attempted to process another customer's payment with my card and gave my card to her . The customer informed her that that was not her card. Thankfully the transaction was caught and not processed. The customer proceeded to give the card back and the attending clerk refused to take it. Thanks to honest people the customer and her husband then took my card to my bank. I was unaware of all this until I retrieved a VM from my bank of my card being turned in from a customer of country club storage and uhaul, I immediately called the company and the office clerk told me another customer took my card and gave me their personal phone number to call and get the information about my card. Thankfully these people were honest people.

They are so amazing, they put a lock on our storage because my husband had lost the lock and didn't realize he didn't lock it. Also, I moved everything out of the unit and I had to take care of some sick kido stuff and forgot to tell them, I got a call a few days ago asking if I would like them to close out the account before my auto-payment goes through. That saved me some money!!! They have been a great and reliable place to house our stuff!

Overall it was a great place. The outside door was broken however that could have been because another person did not take care of the door. . But I would still recommend because other than that I felt safe that my stuff was taken care of.

The truck was filthy inside with spilled cola or coffee sticking to most of the cup holder area. Vehicle ran very rough, it is obviously not maintained at all. Will not rent again.

The only problem I have with the storage, is that it says climate control, but it wasn't.. I had a dead mouse in the storage and during the hot and cold months, it was not cool or warm in that storage.

They do not tell you when you rent that if you move out right after you are billed they will not pro-rate and refund you. Complete BS. We basically paid a months rent for 5 days.

This location charged me for mileage that was not chargeable along with a fuel charge. The vehicle was filled to the level that it was at time of rental. I fill like the 7/8 fuel mark is a scam cause these trucks don't have a 7/8 fuel mark just 3/4 then full.

The only thing I had an issue with was the combination entry gate didn't always work for me and the combination entry doors on building Q had some issues as well. Overall, my experience was very good and I would definitely recommend you to anyone needing a storage unit. Merci.

The only thing is we payed the storage up to date, yes we were behind on payments but we continued to pay. However we did not receive our deposit back and upset about that. Also, kept adding extra charges to our account. Continuously. We will not be using this storage and will not recommend it to anyone else either.

It was not a great experience overall- truck was late for pickup, over hour and half wait, had to go to this location to pick up truck due to other location foul up. Quite a fiasco really. Had a good experience the weekend before at the south country club road pick up in el reno. Need power windows on these trucks- definite issue when only one person in truck and can't reach other door to roll down the window.

Would liked to have access to staff prior to 8;30 am as I work in OKC. It was a little inconvenient to have to wait until 8:30 to conduct business when my day starts at 8:00 am. Other than that I was very pleased with my experience at your El Reno location.

Needed to drop off after hours but the address I was given was not accessible so I called the number on the building who instructed me to leave the property to some random lot in order to drop off the truck. I called u haul for help and they transferred me to 24/7 and after an hour of being on hold I finally hung up and just left the truck in the random lot and hoped I don't get charged am inconvenience fee for leaving it outside of the drop off location

U-Haul computer system was not functioning properly at time of pickup resulting in delay and confusion.(Also had difficulties myself the night before just making the reservation due to system problems. Took almost 6 hours of effort just to book this truck). In the resulting chaos, I was not provided with clear information regarding the fuel level which as a result I did not check.In hindsight, the clerk should have walked me to the vehicle and verified the fuel level with me and also answered any additional questions before my departure with the truck. As a result of this lack of attention, I incurred additional fuel charges which I should not have to pay. The truck was received with 3/8 of a tank of gas and returned with 3/8 of a tank of gas. However, the paperwork stated it has 1/2 tank and must be returned with 1/2 tank - a detail the clerk did not advise me of directly due the confusion created by the system issues. Young inexperienced clerk. No real service. Just - finally got payment processed. Here's your key and paperwork. Result - I get an extra $22,4 fuel charge after gassing the thing back up[ to where I Actually started.

I visited my storage a couple of months and did not quite lock it correctly. Glad to know that the owners make their rounds b/c he called me on my cell as soon as he noticed to notify me so I could come and fix my mistake. These folks are great! Clean the trucks and be sure of the information you give customers We've used them for most our moving needs but here lately service hasn't been good. We were sent to wrong location to return uhaul and before that we got a truck with roaches and dirty.

My experience started out pretty harrowing. I was given a credit back to my account and also given another day in which to return my rentals. So, I was overall satisfied since I didn't have any appointments the next day. Thank you, Uhaul.
