Lisa KThis UHaul Team got all the paperwork done very fast, hooked the trailer up very professionally, and then checked me back in within minutes when I dropped it back off.
JOHANNES WI chose the after hours options for dropping the Uhaul off so unfortunately, I did not interact with anyone, but the area was clean and they had all of the other Uhaul trucks and equipment lined up nicely with advertisement displays in the windows. The auto lot was easily accessible and I had no trouble parking or finding where to go.
JESSICA TSometimes the dealers are out of essential equipment. Maybe they should have a higher allotment from uhaul to better serve their customers. Country Pride actually called around to find what I needed. Will definitely use them again.
RONALD HThe vehicle only had a half tank of gas. I tried to rent a dolly and there was not one in the truck. The staff member never told me they didn't have one available. I didn't know until I opened the back door up. I asked him about it and he said there were no dollies available in the entire area. How was I suppose to move furniture without one. Very poor service.

David NGreat place to get a U-HAUL. These gentleman are top notch and go above and beyond to help you out. We didn't have a hitch and they set it up an appointment and ordered the part. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, the U-HAUL business we took it to hadn't received the part and we had to go elsewhere for this service. In addition, they never have reached out to us about the part. Will not recommend them.
Cyrilee BThe drop off process in the app needs bugs fixed. Second time I have tried dropping off and the app crashes multiple times so I never know it's done correctly

Durene WI wasn't expecting the text about verifying the state of the trailer and therefore i didn't see until I had already left. And, since it can't be filled out except at the point of rental, I was locked out. Either this should be filled out WITH the rep or the geo restriction should be removed.

Jerry WI have used this location several times since moving into this area in September 2023. The location is very clean/tidy, easy in and out, and the on-site personnel are always pleasant and helpful.

Catherine HDon't like the mobil check in. If I dropped it off and didn't have a cell phone it would cost me 20 extra !! Seems stupid to pay an extra 20 for a $29 rental. Didn't used to be that way. Used to drop and go. I shouldn't have to pay you to do your 5 minute job. Most likely will not use U-Haul again for this useless new policy change.

Ronald HProbably should get it cleaned, before renting to customers... gentleman was nice and told us that the truck just came in and he didn't have time to clean it. We didn't have time to wait for it to be cleaned , so we said ok. I inquired about the military discount I was promised at reservation scheduling, he said it was on there, it wasn't., well, it was only 5 percent, I was told 10 percent. I asked for extra days and Xtra miles.
