Jeff CKyle is the best! (I had gone to the Houghton Lake location first, but the woman running it, Sandy, is insane.) Kyle helped me figure out approximately how many miles I was going. He also explained about replacing the gas I used. Overall I was very impressed by the professionalism and politeness I received from Kyle, at the Roscommon location. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs to rent a uhaul.

Daniel SWe dropped off our trailer on a Sunday, a day early, after hours and had no contact with anyone. This location was three hours from home. We did us the online check in and it was very easy.
DOUGLAS MWritten directions were to call a phone number when I arrived. No one answered, left a message, waited, no call back. Did return via UHaul app.
John BKyle at the Roscommon location was fantastic in providing all pertinent details for making my trip successful. Even a "seasoned" and experienced U-Hauler, like me, learned a lot from him, and his easy-going explanations. You need to clone this guy.

Donald ZDifficult to get in touch with. Had a Saturday pick up and called three times on Friday to say my pick up time would be moved a couple of hours. Finally got a call Friday morning around 9:30 after my pick up time to say they rec'd my message. Short on furniture blankets ordered 20 only had ten.

MARCUS CTake the UHaul franchise away from them. Very uninviting. Closed all the time and especially during their posted "open" hours. Has a sign on the door making fun of the Governor and is extremely political. Left a message twice over a weeks time to ask about UHaul and no one calls you back. Nothing watched, vehicles left out in the open. No point in having this location. Give it to a business that cares.
