Peter SRented a cargo van for the day. Quick friendly checkout at the pickup location. The van was newish with under 10 000 miles and drove comfortably with no issues. Return was also quick and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Channing HI have never rented from this location, but it was a very good experience! The U-Haul representative was very informative, professional, and expedient. They explained everything fully and ensured that all my questions were fully answered. This is not the closest location for me, but I will certainly make it my location for future rentals because of the excellent customer service. Merci.

NEIL CThe facility was great and very helpful! It is U-Haul's Corporate Policy that I have an issue with in regards to only being able to reserve a U-Haul for 24 hours, "so they accommodate more customers", is what I was told when I called U-Haul directly about my online reservation. In the situation in which I needed the U-Haul, I had to have my stuff moved out of my house by day one, for an 8:00 am walk through day 2 with the buyers, and didn't close on the new house until the afternoon of day 2. I was told that I could reserve the U-Haul for day one and then I had to wait until the week before the reservation to see if someone else wanted to rent it before I could secure the unit for day 2. I explained to the U-Haul representative my situation and he told me this was U-Haul's policy, and he could not change the reservation to a 48 hour reservation. Fortunately I was able to work this out directly with the U-Haul facility where I had the reservation (County Liquors). I feel personally this is a poor policy and should be reviewed. I understand wanting to accommodate the customer - but I am also a paying customer and my needs were not being accommodated by your corporate office. If I had not been able to work this out with County Liquors directly- there could have potentially been a situation where I had packed up my house, then had to unload all of my stuff into a storage unit overnight, just to pack it back up in another U-Haul the next day. However, if County Liquors had not accommodated me, I personally would have cancelled my reservation all together and gone with another company.
