Our code didn't work several times but we called and it was taking care of . We would definitely use again if we needed.

The location was closed due to road conditions. Luckily the gate opened after we were told it was broken and would have to go to another location for drop off.

The lady was new or untrained. The truck was dirty and had light damage that was unreported. The check engine light was. When we turned the truck in, the location had the audacity to charge me for a cleaning fee.

Dropped off the trailer during off hours so there was no one in the facility. The person that helped me out over the phone was very nice and effective.

There was very little space for drop off and I had no phone service so I had to use someone else's phone to log into my account. Having a wifi for customers to use (change the password weekly so no one takes advantage if needed) or a cell booster would have made the process much better and faster.

Easy pickup and easy return

U-Haul was AWFUL. The location was excellent. I had to call the local site to get a gate and car key because U-Haul did.not provide it.

I scheduled my drop off after hours. I was given a number to call when I arrived and no one answered after 10 calls. I eventually found a uhaul customer service number that was able to provide the gate code. What should have taken 15 mins max, took an hour

The process to get access to the truck took me more than half an hour. I lost one one hour of my rental time just to complete the process to access the truck and be able to get started. A total waste of precious time. Stay away from this 24/7 process!

No complaints, ~16+ years, it was time to clean out no longer needed items. Appreciate your security. Inflation is painful, but has it's good points. Thanks

They called in sick the day I picked up the truck, could not get any extra equipment. The mobile check in takes an inordinate amount of time with all the uploads required. Not of a great help

I rented a unit an had my stuff in storage about 3 weeks an when I went back to get some of my stuff they were roaches an I definitely didn't have roaches when I put my stuff in storage I bomb the unit with my stuff in it 3 times an still when removing my stuff the love seat had more roaches crawling out of it so I bomb all my stuff again in the U-Haul before bringing it in to new place an now having to was an clean every all over again so no I will not recommend this storage facility an just so you know we didn't have any food or anything that would attract roaches I have moved like this before an never had roaches issues!!! I have Multiple schloris an having to rewash an cleaning everything ist easy for me obviously someone's unit close to the one I had had roaches an I even asked about pest control an was told y'all had pest control but obviously there is a problem an I hope y'all take care of it an I will be honest with anyone I know an tell them my experience with your storage place.!!!! I just paid a second months storage fee I was going to keep the storage unit for a while so I didn't have to bring everything to new place an had more stuff at my parents I was going to get out of their way but unfortunately due to the roach issue I had to remove my stuff so y'all got payment for a extra 3 weeks for nothing due to roaches so I will make sure I spread the word about the roach issue y'all have have a wonderful day.

My satisfaction with Courtesy Mini Storage started with Sam, the owner, nearly 3 years ago. He won't remember that we spoke on the phone while my wife and I still lived in Kansas City MO. He offered to go to Costco to pick up something that I would need. I can't remember what it was but it was not just a little item. We had never met but his customer service was AMAZING. I can't remember the young lady's name who worked at the office when we opened our account, but she was very friendly and helpful. Our granddaughter subsequently moved to Harvest and used the rental. We met Farah, Sam's wife, after the receptionist left. Farah was also very service oriented, helpful, and socially graceful. We had been storing our granddaughter's things so we closed out the rental when she moved out of state. Bonnie was working there now when we closed out our account and she continued the tradition of being incredibly friendly and helpful. I recommend Courtesy Mini Storage without reservations for storage or for U-Haul rentals. I do not have a single negative comment to make. Rick

We used this storage facility for at least seven prior to moving to another area. We never and any problems and were pleased with the facility and management.

The facility looks secure, in truth it is not. Security cameras don't work, the management is not in a hurry to repair or replace them. The fence is old and covered with vines and weeds with on clear cut zone along the perimeter. People (thief's) are getting into the facility somehow and breaking into / damaging vehicles, lighting is minimal. I would recommend many of the newer storage facility's. The facility has no responsibility to safeguard customers goods, you are on your own.

Returned the truck on day when office closed, so cannot comment, but owner was available by phone and opened gate remotely and provided clear instructions. Easy spot to park the truck and very friendly owner.

Had to react over the phone without any human at location. Took awhile, also I have an unexplained $92 charge on my card

Nice but Inexperienced clerk. I registered and paid online but had to redo all info onsite. Got a phone call as I was leaving with my trailer asking if I was still going to pickup my trailer told them I was driving with it. They said oh okay I will make note. Then when I got home got an email that my reservation had been cancelled then looked at my credit card and I had multiple pending charges. Had to call 1800 number to figure it all out. Lots of time wasted. Trailer had old carpet left in it from a previous user and a tail light/brake light out. Didn't realize it until already left because clerk didn't bother coming out to help hook up the trailer.

We rented from this location before and it was Not a good experience, but my son said it was under new management so we gave it another shot! Vast improvement, other than the Covid crap, (virtual crap), I like dealing with people, not computers, the new manager showed up as we were dropping off the trailer! A much improved experience!

Truck was dirty when picked up, attendant offered to blow out with leaf blower. I said never mind, as long as I dont get charged for cleaning. I WAS CHARGED $25 FOR CLEANING!!! Automated pickup didnt work.

Passenger door mirror (lower convex portion) was shattered when I received the truck. This is a safety concern. This should be repaired before the truck is rented again. Also I did not receive the requested 2 dozen wrapping quilts that I was billed for.

Brandy was very helpful. We showed up a day early and right at closing but she stayed to get us checked in and to take care of our trailer. Her customer service was above and beyond. Also Sam, the Manager, helped us on the phone as we arranged for the storage rental and was willing to do far more for us than is required by his job and position before we even traveled to Alabama. They both are the best. I recommend Courtesy Mini-Storage without reservations for both storage and for U-Haul rentals. Rick

Location needs to open when it is advertised to open - was quite a bit late opening. Personnel needs to have better knowledge of the equipment that's being rented.

Educate and train the importance of customer service have all materials on hand when requesting to rent equipment I was shorted 7 moving pads blankets and the parking / running lights on the trailer did not work

I was about 30 minutes late. I told the attendant at the storage facility that I had a few things to put into storage and he said ok. then I helped him move equipment to park the trailer exactly in the spot that I took it from. we finished moving the equipment around 12:15. then when I got the end receipt that I was charged for another day. I won't rent again if that is the treatment that I can expect. I want the bill adjusted back to a single day rental.

Due to my needs and your hours it was not the best arrangement for us. But we rushed to meet the deadline. Since the facility did not open the day we needed it we had to pick it up the day before. concessions should have been made in the time allowed for our use.

My scheduled pickup was 8:30 but the place wasn't opened until 10am then the clerk was was not that proficient....didn't leave place until almost 11am.

Truck vibrated when driven over 65 mph because of bad tire on right front because of front end alignment

Well for one, the person working didn't know what to do AT ALL... Then I rented a truck and was told I had to have it back before my 24 hour time allotted (and I did) and when I passed the place 2 hours later the truck was still there in the same spot I parked it. The worker said it was promised to someone at 3 pm, it was 5pm when I passed and nearly 6pm when I rented it. We rented the next day at a different place and that worker was very nice and knew her business.

This experience was totally fine. Since I rented on a Saturday, I dropped my truck and key off at the location Sunday outside of business hours. The location was nice and well kept, though.

Gate was open when i arrived, office hours were closed. i dropped the trailer in the yard and left a voice message as to location, number of trailer and time. I actually like the convenience of pickup/dropping with no interaction with counter people (that take forever to get things done). Just being honest. The best experiences are with your main uhaul dealers, not the startups or gas station hybrids.

There was only a driver in this truck and no passenger. The lady who checked me in told me she would have to charge me $50 unless I cleaned the inside. The cab was xlean in my opinion and did not need cleaning, However I took 10 minutes to sweep the floor and dust the dash and control panel to avoid this extra charge. The trip from Marietta to Alabama was non stop and the cab of the truck was clean when we picked it up and just as clean when I dropped it off. Not impressed with the friendlyness of the lady who received the trick. This dealer has very limited business hours which is not convenient to custome

The owner wasn't present at the opening hours, and was a hour late... It took her a hour to check our trunk, and it was the wrong size truck, and she no dolly that was specified on our order... The trunk barely made it the trip and the oil light stayed on the entire trip... The place should not have your services.

Second time in a row they did not report me returning the item and I was contacted by your recovery department. Both times there were no people there only a note to call them and they promised to report them as returned. I will never go back there again! They should be fired!

I was never able to use the facility. My needs and circumstances changed and I had to cancel my reservation.

Lady was not there when we arrived at the set time. Had to wait 45 minutes for her to arrive. My moving team that I hired stood around and had to wait. I was also charged 80 insurance on the trailer and I gave No one permission to do so and they wont remove it.

I have nothing bad to say about Courtesy Mini Storage. They really helped me out and came in at 6:00 am on a day they were usually closed so that I could rent a truck. The problem I have is with the Uhaul site itself. I reserved a truck for three days at a location that was about a mile away from my residence and was told that a rep would contact me. They did, and told me it would be best to wait a day or two before the actual rental date before they could nail anything down. Then I get a text at 7PM a couple days before the rental date that said call that number to confirm my reservation. I didnt know that i would be calling the local place that had already closed. I felt like a jerk. Then when she called me back the next day she told me that they only rent trucks for one day and i wouldnt be able to rent it for three days and it was at a location almost 10 miles from my home. Great. So I moved the rental day to saturday instead of friday. No problem. Friday I got a call from the uhaul company (not Courtesy mini) that said i was supposed to rent a truck that day. Overall the experience was very poor. Not because of Couresy Mini but because of your bad website that: 1: Told me I could rent a truck from a location that couldnt provide me a truck. 2: Told me I could rent a truck for multiple days when I couldnt. 3: Does not communicate with their satalite offices and rental facilities. Get sorted, Uhaul.
