The poor experience isn't with the store location but with a representative named Shawn who called me from 250-858-0201. I had contacted the store to extend my rental on the Friday. First thing Monday morning, a man, who only identified himself as Shawn only, not saying he was from Uhaul, asked me when I planned on returning the truck (which is how I identified who he was calling from). I told him I had called and extended the rental at which point he was being very aggressive stating he was going to pull the recorded call to verify that and started the guilt tripping saying things like "what about the other families that had this truck booked" etc. He then threatened me with collections. He was very rude and obnoxious. His behavior was uncalled for and for someone who suffers from mental health, it has crippled me from going out of my home. I was in tears.
