Dorothy BMake sure you clean out the trash in the vehicles. There was still seeds from whatever the last person ate, plus a full ash tray that stunk up the vehicle, and random receipts and paper from the last customer.

MIKE ANo identifiable office, personnel hard to find. I was told computer was off for the day but his wife could call it in on her phone right away and he would call her right now. We looked everything over including the gas level, he said everything was fine. I rented from 8am Friday to 8am Sunday. I turned it in at noon Saturday. I received an email bill Monday (Memorial Day) charging me extra gas and 2 additional days rental. I called 1-800- uhaul number was put on call back only to have the woman that called back transfer me to "CUSTOMER SERVICE" . I was put on hold 45 minutes when someone picked up then hung up. I called again and signed up for callback. An hour later a very helpful Yolanda Fitch called me back and helped me get the ball rolling and file a dispute for the charges. That's where I am at now waiting for District Supervisor to review the matter. At this point I'm not sure whether I got ripped off or not but I was over charged almost $100 because the drop-off point dropped the ball. My thanks goes out to ms. Yolanda Fitch, you rock!

(The truck was smaller and was 78 miles from the reservation location.). Sarah saved the day. Can't recommend her enough foe your U-Haul needs. She will take care of your needs.

Kelley MThe problem with this location is that due to needing to use your phone to return the vehicle, there is NO signal. Therefore it took us 45 minutes to return the vehicle because there is no way to return it without your phone due to the location being closed during our return time. Very difficult to get the website to load and even worse trying to get the GPS to pick up your location. very poor planning in the way the app and website run and the location of the return.
SHANNON LLower your prices for this trailer, over rated, They should offer trailers with electric brakes, for people that have trucks with electric brake controllers. The surge Brake is awkward and harder to maneuver . what no spare tire, incase one goes flat.

James WThe trailer was parked at the end of a gravel lot, and the spot it was in was very uneven , which made hooking up to it difficult. We had to hook the chains up, pull the trailer out of the ditch it was in and then could couple up. I'd have also liked it if the trailer was capable of linking to my vehicle's blind spot system, but this trailer was kinda old.
