They did not give me the furniture blankets I asked for(2 dozen), so I had to break the seal and use only the 6 that were in the truck that I'm sure I was charged for. There was still mud in the back of the trailer when I picked it up, but the picture upload wouldn't work so if I wanted the truck I had to click clean and move on. I tried to do 24/7 pick up, and mentioned there was no dolly. Then the guy basically chastised me and tried to make me feel like an idiot for choosing the 24/7 option and not walking in after they open. (Pretty sure you shouldn't advertise a feature as easy and convenient while proceeding to make the customer feel stupid for trying to use it. At no point in the online check in process did it tell me “now go inside and beg for your stuff.†I thought the blankets in the truck were all 24 that I ordered, not just an extra 6 to bust into if I needed. So I guess I would have gone in and begged for the blankets too if I knew I needed to. The guy just handed me a key. He didn't review any extra equipment I requested and only talked down to me when I asked where it was. 0/10 Do not recommend

I originally reserved the trailer at Almands Mini Storage in Lufking tx. when I arrived they are no longer renting at that location. why does the system take a reservation for a closed vendor?. they sent me somewhere else, that was an inconvenience that shouldn't happen.

Honor customers request and quote you gave client do not over charge customer .make adjustment to charges if not correct .return client money if unsatisfactory service .Be honest.Be sensitive to inconvenience location cause customer who isn't near in distance to another specific locations. Equipment like pickup trucks should be made available at all centers.Lastly solve resolutions fairly.

When I went,the keys weren't in the lock box.i got the run around trying to get another truck. I was given a truck way larger than what i needed so i ended up not using the truck at all. Yet i was still charged for it because i couldnt change the reservation date.
