Address that populated in Uber for Craig's Car Care dropped us off at the wrong location so had to walk 8 blocks with our luggage in tow. Then our pickup time of 12:30 was not honored since nice our pickup location was moved from when I made my reservation. Craig's is closed from 12-1 for lunch. Then the employee didn't come back until 1:20 after I called the line and "Craig" had to call his employees to get back to the shop for us. Then the U-Haul unit's AC was cutting in and out so the employee had to figure out how to swap the unit with another unit. Then we checked the back just in case, and there was a padlock on the unit. We had to go back inside to have the employee take it off. If we hadn't noticed and took off, we would have not noticed until the work day was over and then it was a weekend.

We payed to have a dolly with the U-Haul and never received the dolly.
Jayjay JI called Craigs to let them know I was going to be about 30 minutes late and they said their guy that handles uhaul was out on a call and would be 2 hours later than my picked. If I wouldn't have called, would have showed up and not been able to pick up my trailer. Thanks to Jeremy for coming to meet me from a different location! He was great to work with.

Richard JI was going to haul a heavy old car 1600 miles and the trailer had a flat tire and person wanted to air it up and have me take trailer any way which is against u-haul policy and when we refused he got quite an attitude! Very unprofessional

Ray TWe had planned on picking up in Mandan, ND but there was no truck available there so we had to go to Bismarck. Not really a very big deal, just confusing because my reservation said one thing & the text message another. Had to call to find out what was going on. An explanation would have been appreciated. But because everything is computerized, I guess personal communication is "old fashioned."
Cheryl MWe literally had the trailer for 20 minutes and decided it was too big and took it back and was charged $30. This is ridiculous and fraud. We will never use or recommend U haul to anyone.

Jose BDidn't seem interested or care about the delivery of trailer. Didn't help unhook it or inspect it. Didn't check in trailer until several days later when I forced the issue as it was listed as overdue.
Scott KI was told over the phone that this was a 24/7 site. Because I had to travel 3 hours to get there, this sounded convenient. I had the reservation for pickup at 7:30 pm. When I arrived, the location was closed and it is only for 24/7 drop off. I was on the phone with customer support for nearly 2 hours. Only to be told to come back the next day at 9:00 am. I had to either get a place to sleep in Bismarck or drive back the 3 hours to home. I was highly disappointed in U-Haul service in general.

Dustin WThey seemed bothered by my presence. No inspection was done and I later received a receipt for $2 for extra gas. I brought the truck in close to. maybe just a little under 1/4 tank. It would NOT have taken $42 to get it to 1/4. I would never willingly use this location again!

DOUGLAS BMy reservation said to pick up the UHaul at 8am and Craig's Car Care did not open until 9am. When I arrived at 9am, no one was there and they didn't arrive till 9:10am. However, once they got there they were very nice and helpful.

Michael JFor a start if you accept a booking from a particular town don't then make your customer travel 100 miles at the last moment to collect their truck. Really you call this a service? Then we are told we can decide which location at our destination we can return there truck when we get here. More Uhaul lies. worst service imaginable

Scott MI couldn't even tell the location was a Uhaul provider and had to call the person. It was hard to understand where they wanted me to drop it off. So I left it in their parking lot and turned in the keys. When I went to the text link to verify I dropped it off, the Uhaul site claimed my device did not have location services turned on. It most certainly does! So what wound up happening, I got a call a few days later from another UHaul drop-off point asking where I left the vehicle. Even though my paperwork said to drop it off where I did, his system said he should have it. This man at Macs was very friendly and understanding. Said it happens all the time. So I will blame Uhaul and not the local dealers for that issue. Don't change things on me without informing me!

ARLEN HPerson never checked in truck. Received a call from Uhaul the next day to see If truck was going to be turned in at designated time. Explained we turned in the day before. With such a shortage in trucks find location to be complacent. Was unhelpful.
MICHAEL BMy review really should be for the North location of U-Haul in Bismarck near interstate Avenue. I scheduled my rental to be picked up at 10 AM on Tuesday. I got there around noon. They told me they did not have a trailer for me and sent me down to Craigs. The whole process of picking up my trailer took 2 1/2 hours. It was it wasa complete rodeo. The guy at the North location shook his head and said I'm not from here anyway. Go down and pick one up or you won't have one.
debra cThe truck was filthy and your attendant was rude, condescending and a downright smart ass! My reservation was for 9 AM and your rep didn't show up until almost 9:30 AM and he had to be called by the shop owner. The equipment I reserved online was not available and I was not given the $50 credit your online reservation GUARANTEES and i was over charged. Your rep laughed, mocked and made insults toward me while he was speaking to another uhaul rep on the phone. NEVER AGAIN
ronald gWe had a reservation pick up at 12 pm. When we arrived the rep was gone and store was locked. We called the number and the guy told us he was gone for lunch until 1pm. We sat and waited and the man showed up at 120. We were upset as we did the online check in and just needed the keys. We didn't understand why our reservation was for 12 if we couldn't get the van at noon. We had left our ten year old at home so we could run quick and get the van, however we ended up waiting for 1 hr and 20 min!
Jay PMy pickup location changed 3 times. Confirmed the morning of them I get a call from regional that if I don't pickup by 1pm they will give the truck away. Went over right away and had to wait over 30 minutes. Truck was not full of fuel.

Jeanette GCraig's Car Care was excellent. They helped me diagnose and fix a broken wire in my car's trailer wiring harness. Without their help, I would not have gotten on the road in time to make my destination that day. Appreciate it very much - thanks!
Robert BI reserved a 10 foot truck, a 15 foot was the only truck they had. Not available, but the only truck on location. At the end of the trip, found out why the truck smelled like bananas. There was a banana hidden under one of the seats. Cab seal leaked, got rained on for 300 miles, tried to tape up the leak but didn't work and had to stay on schedule.
Nathan CThis guy wasn't organized. I put a deposit down for both pieces of equipment and was told that I would be getting the deposit back at this location. The gentleman only got me a receipt for the deposit for the truck. I should be getting two deposits. I also never received confirmation that both the truck and the trailer had been received at the drop off location. I only got a confirmation for the truck.

Thomas STheir was no record of our reservation at Craig's where we were told to pick up our rental, but fortunately they did have trailer that was what we had reserved. Casey was great to work with, and we picked up the trailer about 4:00 pm. At about 7:00 pm we got a call from U-Haul wondering why we hadn't picked up the trailer at the Interstate location. I told her we were told to get it from Craig's, not Interstate and she was totally confused. They also said they would e-mail us where to return it to in Sioux Falls but never did. All done and taken care of. Not impressed with reservation system.
Roger PWe were on a tight time schedule and needed to pick up at 9am as scheduled. Nobody was around, so called the number provided and was told he would be there in a 1/2 hour or so. Had to jump start someone's truck. VERY rude on the phone. Would never use this location again!
Rob BNo one was present when I dropped the trailer. I stopped by later but still nobody there. I called their phone and they said to just leave the trailer and go, all was ok.
John LCraig and his son operate a very nice location, very accessible. They assisted in the unhook of the trailer as well.
