Difficult drop off. Needed to drop off early and was only location open on a Sunday. Had to contact customer service myself on hokd fir 20+minutes, then had to move the trailer after we had it parked and unhitched. These place was unhelpful, won't use again

We needed a truck spur of the moment. The guy there was so friendly and helpful. We were in and out quickly. The truck was clean and well maintained. We had no issues on return. Everything was easy. Would definitely go there again if we need a truck.

$77.00 is a little ridiculous to rent a vehicle for 3 hours that was just big enough to pick up a sofa and loveseat and only drive 52 miles. I could have rented a pickup truck from Enterprise for less money and kept it 24 hours.

Advisor was very helpful. Was concerned that dropping the vehicle off with out being able to start the process online as the site would not pick up my location. The advisor printed my receipt for me so that I saw I was not being charged extra.

The associate where we picked up was rude ignorant cost me twice as much as my quote TOOK ME 3 YES 3HOURS TO PICK UP THE TRUCK. THE ENTIRE TIME HE WAS RUDE , KEPT SITTING US ASIDE HAD NO CLUE HOW TO DO IT THEN MULTIPLE TIMES DID THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT WAS ASKED AND WHAT UHAUL ASKED HIM TO DO THEN AS WE FINALLY GOT TO LEAVE HE WAS LAUGHING LIKE IT WAS A JOKE I HAD MOVERS AT MY HOUSE GETTING PAID TO STAND THERE BECAUSE OF HIM AND HAD TO PAY THEM FOR EXTRA TIME BECAUSE OF HIM AND I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY REFUND WHERE HE MESSED IT UP TWICE

I was supposed to get a19.95 truck from Manchester. When my confirmation came it said Westminster. When i called to question i had to call 3 different location. The woman said there were no small trucks but she would gv me a bigger truck for the same price. That didn't happen! Guess I'll be calling abt that on Monday! Not good customer service all the way around this experience.

Horrible customer service! Had a 5pm reservation showed up 10mins early just in case. Upon entering the clerk sitting behind the counter sighed when I told him I was here to pick up my 10ft rental truck. I asked if it that was a problem he said, “no, I’m just tired and don’t feel like doing anything.” Guess you can’t expect much from a gas station attendant but he really lived up to the stereotype. He proceeds to take his time processing my rental even though I told him I had pre-checked in online and provided the reservation number. He continuous stops to help other patrons entering the store. I did not leave there until 520pm! Now I was late for my furniture pickup. The equipment was dirty and upon arrival as well. I had filled the tank with 7 gallons of gas (receipt available for proof) yet I was charged for refueling?! I traveled a little over 60miles as contracted and I refilled the tank BEYOND the 3/4 requirement at the gas station I rented from. I wasn’t going to complain about this since until today I noticed ANOTHER additional charge of $31.97?! Now I paid a total of $170.16 plus the $30 in gas refill. I attempted to call the customer service line and sit on hold... lesson learned. I will never use uhaul again. Truly sad

I have no issues with either location, they were what I expected. My issue is that I was quotted a different price than the price I ended up paying for the vehicle and when I tried to explain the situation I couldnt understand the person working at this location so I ended up paying $30 more than I was quoted and ended up getting 30 miles for my trip instead of my quoted 50 miles resulting in another charge there.

Being nice is one thing, took truck back and really rude employer, got in my face and raising his voice cuz i was an hour late returning the truck and he charged me for another day rental and before i could bring the truck back he had it rented to someone else..very rude, will not be doing bussiness with them again!

I reserved a truck and arrived about 4 hours later to pick up the truck. I reserved the smallest available truck and when I arrived I was told that truck would not start and I was given a 26' truck. He did discount the truck to the same daily rate but I was stuck with a huge truck I could not maneuver into the alley driveway where I needed to load. I also had to drive the truck somewhat out of the way because the turns onto the alley could not be made and I had to make a different approach. Upon returning the truck- having driven less than 6 miles, he demanded 2 full gallons of fuel be added which seemed more than necessary and certainly more than the smallest truck I had reserved would have required for a trip under 6 miles. A $2.70 gallon of gas isn't a big deal. But the whole process was annoying. If the equipment doesn't run- don't rent it. If it's rented, check it out before the customer arrives. If there is a problem, call the customer and try to make arrangements.

Tried to over charge me . When I started questioning my bill he immediately started to apologize and offer discounts. This location is ran by thieves. When I called your company direct all I was told was oh sorry. Then the $9 refund I was given because we found more false charges on my bill was never even refunded. I was lied to multiple times by the employees at this location and your company sees nothing wrong with this.

The representative charged me for fuel even though he checked it and it was at the level it was supposed to be. Went back in the morning to complain and the day time worker checked the uhaul and realized that I shouldn't have been charged. If I never went back, I would've been billed over $50!

The individual at Cranberry Sunoco did not have much understanding of the process. He ordered the wrong truck (20') truck which I pointed out was not correct. I wanted a 15'. He said don't worry, I will have a 15' truck here. He also did not listen as I asked for the truck for an extra two days. I received a call from a U-Haul rep who was extremely nice and understanding and worked with me to provide the appropriate services I needed. I wish I had gotten her name. She was outstanding. Hopefully someone can find her name from the phone records and provide my feedback to her.

Radio in truck would not work. Reservation was changed and delay beyond when I needed the truck the night before pick up. Had to argue with the manager to get the truck but was REQUIRED to return it by 3:00 that afternoon so my daily rental fee of $29.99 should be refunded for 1/2 since I only got to keep it 1/2 a day, rushing our move and adding stress to the situation. Mileage rate at the time of placing the reservation was quoted at $0.99/mile. When picking up the car it was increased to $1.29/mile. Nice scam UHAUL runs. Deeply disappointed in your organbization's performance and ethics!!
