When I made the reservation i turned down all insurance, but you guys charged me 8 dollars anyway. My insurance covers rentals of trailers. Would like the 8 dollars reimbursed.

KENNETH PChanged location day before pick up and didn't have any of items I requested. Also put $130 in gas and didn't use but 1/8 of a tank.
Jeffery REverything was good except they didn't include the packing blankets as requested. Fortunately I had enough of my own blankets to do the job
Kerry CTook an hour and four different U-Haul reps to work my way through the app and get to the combo for the keys because nobody was at the location. Then the combo didn't work.
Charles PParking lot is a little small to maneuver a small trailer but the staff were nice and friendly. If I need another U-Haul this will likely be the location I use.

Debra HI was not supposed to be at this location. I had an order booked with my preferred in person agent. Then your scheduling people started calling and moving everything around to include canceling items. Had it not been for oak grove I would not have been able to execute my event. This is not the first time UHAUL has done this. The 10+ calls I received about changing my booking to end up with equipment canceled is unacceptable. I have begun research into Budget or Penske to execute my event truck needs in the future

Christine REverything was easy and simple. It took a couple of minutes to get the keys to the truck. The only thing that surprised me this time was the price. I didn't expect to pay so much for three and a half hours. Expensive :(

Drew WDropped off vehicle in the dark at unmanned location. Was searching for a suitable location to park (limited options) when someone showed up to pick up their vehicle. Problem solved. Had that not occurred, I might have been charged for whatever unsuitable space I might have been forced to choose. No contact with business, or employees, so cannot fairly rate them. Average for available parking.
Daniel CThe local management at creative printing was fantastic. Unfortunately, the digital check in process was poor. The back of my license wouldn't scan and pic would not process. Worked with the trouble shooting team for over an hour. The young woman we spoke with was lovely and helped as best as she could. However, chain of command, added to frustration by having us trying to continue to try reloading resulting only in failure. The women from the print shop returned my call and got the issue resolved in quick fashion. The other issue we had was with the truck. It was raining out and soaked the mattress. I would recommend this location but avoid the digital checkin process.

Brook HIf the business opens at 9 am, then someone needs to be there at 9 that is in charge with the rentals. We checked in via the app, which was very convenient, but if you were there right when it opened and needed to speak to someone about your rental, you had to wait for someone to arrive. I would definitely use this location again. The app worked great.

Tim MI reserved a cargo van, not a truck, but when I went to pre check in, someone had come from another location, took the van I had reserved, and left a truck instead. The contract was altered as a result. No one bothered to contact me or let me know this had happened. So I called customer service, they referred me to a regional branch, and I let them know I was not happy. They could do nothing about getting the van back apparently and I was stuck with the truck. However, on the morning I went to pick up the truck, no one was there at the original time. I waited, thankfully they showed up a half hour later. She explained that whoever I had talked to had booted me from that location to another in Dawsonville. Again, no one bothered to contact me, so here I am at the wrong location. The proprietor was able to call the location in Dawsonville to rebook the truck to that location, but the entire experience from start to finish was a huge mess. I want to know why, if I had reserved the van... not the truck... another customer was more important than me, and why I got stuck with a monstrosity truck instead of the van I originally wanted! I will think twice about using UHaul again, as this model of doing business is not acceptable.

STEVEN CI was charged double what I was quoted. I even tried contacting someone and never heard back. I took pictures for proof, etc. The truck made crazy noises, and it took us almost half an hour to pick it up- we stayed on hold for 20 mins just waiting to get verified.
Michael FThe only thing is that the UHaul website is not very user friendly. Navigation is very hard on the site. Great location, awesome customer service!!!

CINDY TThis was my first time renting with UHaul and I am very impressed. I never knew how easy it would be to return a truck after hours but the link they send you walks you through it, it was really easy! The only this that would have been better would be if in the truck there were loops or something every 12-16 inches to secure tie downs. The truck i had only had bars going the length of the truck and my hooks were sliding.
