Danny Was Awesome! Appreciate him going above and beyond during hazard weather/driving conditions in helping get the truck returned. I Am SO Grateful. Seems like he would be this way with any customer, however, I certainly appreciated his personal attention, positive attitude, understanding, and exceptional customer service. Thank You Sir!

All interactions -- on the phone and in person -- at this site were pleasant and consistent. We were treated with respect. On the phone, I didn't know when we might return the truck so they explained the location of the lot in relation to their business, and other pertinent info. When we returned the truck during work hours, the man who took our key, said, Oh yes, you are the ones who rented this from Charleston. It was nice to feel like they were in the loop and had paid attention to what truck would be returning. It was also the most convenient location for us, coming in from east of Decatur. Btw, the truck (license plate was from Arizona) was excellent and had low mileage!

eugene pAlerted owner trailer lights on right side not operational. He was not able to service, due to it was district managers job to service. No other dollies were available to use or pick up, so i went to walmart and purchased a portable light system to be legal with dolly at a cost of 55.00. I would like to be refunded this price due to your trailer not being functional or another functional product available at the time of use.

KEN TFuel tank was at 3/8 when we picked it up and 3/8 when dropped it off. We took pictures when we picked it up and when we dropped it off to ensure we had it refilled to the same level as when we picked it up. We were charged for 4 gallons of gas at a rate of $4,75 a gallon - they stated we returned it with 1/4 tank. I wouldn't suggest using this location for your U-Haul needs. The $20,9 isn't a lot of money, but they will take advantage of you - especially if you are using them for after hours drop off.

DENNIS DI had talked with this location the day before pickup over the phone. I expressed to them that in my previous rentals with U-haul, that the vehicles were unclean/messy/smelled. I asked that they double check the equipment to be clean. The rep said she would ensure the truck was clean. When I picked-up the equipment, the interior storage of the truck was full of mud, the cab of the truck was filthy, dirt/debris on the floor, and there was still coins from the previous renter which sat in a pile of something sticky that ran down the center console. With COVID going on right now, this was unacceptable. The equipment was not cleaned at all between uses. This is dangerous in a time like this!

cindy hMake sure you check the inside of the truck....a previous user left a utility truck in the back and it wasn't noticed until we got home. Fortunately, we were able to take it to a local UHAUL dealer to return it as we didn't need it or have room to transport it. The person we worked with was very helpful.

STEVE HI had an unfortunate situation of having creamated remains left in my vehicle from the previous renter..it was all handled as well as to be expected but i felt awful for the people before me and their loved one and also uncomfortable with having to deal with that stress and responsibility.
DEVON BJohn at Creekmur was excellent and very helpful. I had a hitch issue and he called the store in Decatur and had it set up for me to go pick up what I needed. The distribution store in Decatur was TERRIBLE. The woman who manages that store is rude, did not help, claimed she didn't know what I was talking about, no one had called, I asked what I needed and her response was "I can't tell you what to buy". I then had to call John back, he helped me over the phone with what I needed. The woman at the store was very very rude and if that was the first place I had gone I would never ever recommend Uhaul to anyone. John at Creekmur is exactly the type of people you want representing Uhaul.
Marilyn DOwner was accommodating and concerned when it appeared the truck might not be returned by the time I needed it. He called the people using the truck and they returned the truck for me to use!

Bob MService was great and staff were very helpful. One issue on the drive with the tie-down straps for car transport - one set of straps failed. Luckily the other set held well throughout the trip. A more careful inspection by the staff here could have corrected this situation.
